The First Day

The First Day

  ''WELCOME!!!! to your first day of a new beginning!!!'' These word blasted out from the auditorium, and  into the the rest of the school. 

  I met up with Jongho and Minah and we all went into the loud auditorium where the principle was giving his speech.

 ''Hello boys and girl, gals and pals, young men and women. Welcome to the first day of a new beginning! By working together and helping each other, we will become one......''

*The welcoming ceremony ends and Sora Jongho and Minah walk out of the auditorium*

  ''Mr. Youngs speech took at least 2 hours. How can you talk for that long?!'' Jongho says. ''It wasn't that long. Also, wasn't he suppose to retire last year?'' says Minah. '' Yeah, i didn't think he would be back either. That's weird. Do you think he is going to stay until we graduate?!'' says Sora. ''What ya'll got against him?'' says Minah. ''Well nothing really. I just think  that we are in need of a female principle'' Jongho says. 

* Minah and Sora look at him disgustedly and Minah hits him in the back of the head*

'' Aish!! what was that for. I said nothing wrong'' * Minah raises her hand to him then smiles and pats him on the head*

''I'll let you go this one time. Only because sora doesn't like it when i hit you'' says Minah.

As me, Jongho, and Minah were walking to our classes, i see Mingi in the distance talking to one of the worst people in our school. I honestly can't believe she is back but at the same time, there is no surprise. 

 She is one of the popular, pretty girls. Her name is Kim Jinah. Everyone likes her but me. I mean i don't hate her but she  is the type of person who rubs her beauty and wealth in your face. But i have a quote for her that i repeat every time i see her

 ''There is no real beauty without some slight imperfection'' 

 Me and Jongho wave goodbye to Minah because she is in a different class than us and we head towards our class door.

 Mingi sees me as i am about to walk into my classroom. He calls out to me and waves his hand at me and i wave back with a big smile on my face. Jinah turns and looks at me what a slight glare then a smirk on her face. 

''Who is that?'' Jongho asks with a curious look on his face. ''One of my other friends. You don't know him. He rides the bus with me'' '' I feel like i should know him, you know, just in case he tries something'' ''What exactly would he try? It's okay, i've known him since the beginning of high school'' '' Wait what?! The beginning of high school and i don't know him? well i feel-''

I cut Jongho off and hush as the teacher walks in and and tells everyone to find their seats. He is a  new teacher who teaches Math and English. His name is Park Seonghwa. He is 23 years old. I know, he is really young for a teacher. And he has a little brother that goes here But no one knows who it is. They just moved here from England. I'm actually excited to get to know them.

 Anyway, he introduces himself as our new English teacher. ''Hello everyone, i am Park Seonghwa your new English teacher. But you call me Mr. park'' * He said this with a blank expression then smiles* 

 Literally *claps hands three times*, all the girls were obsessing over this man. I mean, he cute but he not all that. Plus, he is way older than us. Some of use are either 16 or 17. Me? I'm 16 but my birthday is in 2 weeks. August 6. 

My first class of the day so far was okay, but that's how it is on all first days. Just wait til all the drama kicks in.

It's lunch time and i decide to eat out side on the stairs to watch the boys play soccer. You know i love me some soccer. As i ate, i see a dark shadow coming towards me. 

''Look out!!!''

At that moment, i regretted loving soccer.
