This ain't no NOIP character but I saw a cat and wanted to draw them as a Meif'wa. I drew them as a girl here but I don't really know if it's a girl or a boy, so I might draw it in the other gender one time if I get round to it.
I named her Natasha, but her frens call her 'Tasha.
