Chapter 13

Niall's p.o.v

Three days later.

"Guys it's been three days since an attack I think they are over"! Emily says happily.

"Finally now we can kiss in peace". Louis says to her and kisses her.

"Get a room"! Zayn yells.

"Okay, Em let's go". Louis says. (A/N Louis sass). They run into the tent laughing.

"I ship them so hard". Valerie says.

"So how shall we celebrate"? I ask. Everyone thinks.

"Let's have a party"! Harry says.

"That's a great idea! We could sing and stuff". Liam says.

"I know we have some candles so then we could keep the party going". Abbie says.

"All of us can take turns singing so that we have equal times to dance". Zayn says.

"Okay let's set everything up". I say.

*time skip*

"Alright everything's ready. Who wants to sing first"? I ask. The boys are silent wanting to dance. I roll my eyes and get up on our homemade stage. I take out my guitar just in case I need it.

"You brought you guitar camping"? Abbie asks.

"You never know when you might need it". I say. "Okay so to start us of I am going to be singing Rock Me". I say.

"Damn I was going to sing that song". Harry says. I proceed with singing and everyone dances. Emily and Louis came out and were confused by what's happening but they danced anyways. Zayn came up to sing and I walked over to Valerie.

"You did that song on purpose". She says smiling at me.

"Yes I did". I say. We dance until Harry goes on stage.

"Okay I'll be singing Little things this fine evening". Harry says. He pulls Camryn on the stage and starts singing looking into her eyes. I pull Valerie close to me spinning her and dancing slowly. I lean in and kiss her she kisses me back. I kiss her nose, then her cheek, then her neck and finally her lips again.

"Niall why don't we go somewhere more private". Valerie says. We walk into the forest and go on top of these really tall rocks. We kiss for a long time until we hear something.

"What was that"? Valerie says.

"It quad probably just wind. Remember the attacks are over". I say. She shrugs and keeps kissing me. Then the noise happens again. I look up and see a bunch if birds in a huge pack. I see they have razor sharp beaks that could go right through you. We both get up and are about to run but we both know they are two fast. I put her behind me and brace myself for pain, for death. But I feel nothing, I open my eyes. I then see Harry jump in front of me.

"HARRY NO"! I yell but then I see the birds all hit something like a glass wall. The bounce off and fly away as if Harry was a human shield.

"Harry. They flew away". Valerie says.

"Why didn't they attack me"? Asks Harry.

"Harry you saved us you jumped in front of us thinking you would die". I say. He smiles and squeezes my shoulder.

"Brothers save brothers". He says. "Well let's get you back where it's safe". We both agree and follow Harry to the camp.

"Crap I left my bracelet over there. Let me go get it". Valerie says. She jogs over to the area.

"Niall I'm scared why is this happening to me. Why is nothing hurting me but it's hurting everyone else"? Harry asks his eyes looking terrified.

"I don't know. But we will figure it out". I say. Then I hear Valerie scream. We run over and see one of the birds have hit her side.
