*Ethan's tuxedo^*

Me, Ethan, Ellie, Kayla, Quinn were at Rhyme's house. The three started singing. They all looked beautiful. Rhyme started singing with them. Kayla and Quinn stopped singing while Ellie didn't.

"ow oh sorry. I did it again." Ellie said.

"Shouldn't you guys be at the spring fling." Rhyme said.

"Yes, we should but so should you." Ellie said.

"Plus we wouldn't leave you." I added.

"Ronnie and Dylan told us what you did and your the reason this dance is still on." Kayla said. Rhyme looked at me and I gave her a small smile, "We had no idea."

"Some good it did me." Rhyme said, "well I know I should've listened to you about studying."

"Studying is actually not that bad. I mean if-if I don't become a professional dancer or or a rockstar then I'll be a teacher." Ellie said.

"Don't get ahead of yourself, Ellie." Kayla told her.

"Okay look I'm sorry I was a jerk and thank you so much for coming all the way here, but if you guys don't hurry up. Your going to miss the dance too."

"Oh oh right. This is for you." Ellie said giving her a shopping bag.

"Whats in the bag? Is it some fairy godmother who's going to turn me into a straight A student?" Rhyme asked.

"Not exactly." Quinn said for the first time since we came here.

"Get dressed, Cinderella." I said.

"We're gettin our girl to the ball." Ellie said.

"Dylan." Rhyme said.

"Yeah?"

"When were you going to tell us that your going to the dance with your new boyfriend, Ace?" Rhyme said.

"What?!" Everyone but me and Rhyme said. Ethan only knew about the dance part.

"I'm waiting in the car." I said before walking out my cheeks pink.

While my friends and classmates went to the dance. I went to my locker. I opened it up finding the bag I put in there yesterday. Inside it has my blue top and black jeans and blue Nike shoes.

I walked inside seeing Ellie dancing with Davis and Kayla dancing with flash and Ethan dancing with Luna and Quinn dancing with Tim and Ronnie dancing with her boyfriend. I smiled, but I wasn't paying attention to the other students. I found Ace sitting alone.

"Hey! You want to dance?" I asked making Ace notice me. He nodded taking my hand. We walked to the dance floor, my hands around his neck and his in my waist moving to the beat.

"You look amazing, Dyl." Ace said making me smile.

"You don't look to bad yourself." I said. Ace leaned closer going to kiss me. I put my hand on his chest."ah ah ah, were at school." I reminded him.

We danced a lot but it was time for our performance. When we finished getting dressed we went."Alright chickas, are you ready for your performance?" The teach said.

"You know senior signore I thought you were loko crazy for making us all dance together, but it's been a weird couple days. So maybe it'll work out."

"The times they are changing." Kayla said.

"Don't start without us." Ronnie stepsister said coming with her.

"Whats going on?" Luna question.

"We have to be in the New squad."

"Ah, speaking of which, I know how you girls love hoodies. So-" he took a dark green hoodie that says chicken girls in yellow. It actually looked nice. "Tada."

"Chicken girls?" Luna questioned.

"What can I say it's got a nice ring to it."

"Oh come on Luna. Black is very in this season." One girl said. I thought it was green. I guess I was wrong.

"Well I guess it's a cute sweater." Luna said taking it with a smile. Everyone giggled.

"One team. One dream." Kayla said.

"We fly together" Ellie sang which caused everyone to laugh.

"You know I never thought i would say this, but it feels pretty weird without Rhyme here." Luna confessed.

Suddenly someone in a chicken costume comes up scaring everyone causing me to giggle.

"Who is the chicken?"

Rhyme took the head off to reveal herself."even if I can't dance tonight, I'll still be here cheering you on." Rhyme said.

"Not so fast young lady." Sheldon said entering with the principle behind him, "I thought I saw you sneaking in here. See principle Anthony it's one of the failures." I was about lunge at him, but Ellie held me back. Ugh, no one let's me have any fun.

"Senior Sergio do I have to go?" Rhyme asked.

"I'm sorry Rhyme, but Sheldon is right. Only the students who passed the restate allowed to attend the dance." Rhyme nodded, understanding. Ellie let me go so I went and gave Rhyme a side hug, "such a shame."

"Wait. Wait..over the passed couple days I've opened my eyes. And I realized that although Academics is real important. It's not everything." The principle put her hand up, "do you promise to study real real hard for the test in May?"

I took Rhyme's chicken hand glove off letting her put her hand up. Rhyme nodded with her hand up.

"You know what just take off that The ridiculous costume and go dance with your friends." The principle said. You know she's not that bad. We squealed jumping a little before hugging Rhyme. We put our hands together.

"1.2.3 chicken girls!" We all screamed together putting our hands up.

"Let's give a warm welcome to this year's spring performance. Never before seen chicken girls." Someone announced. Rhyme came out dressed.

"Ready?" Luna asked.

"So ready." Rhyme answered.

After we finished dancing I took Ace away. We were still in school.

"Where are we going?" He asked.

"Its a surprise." I answered.

"What's the surprise?" I ignored him and continued walking till I reached my locker.

"The surprise is your locker?" Ace asked confused.

"Of course not. I'm just getting my clothes." I said taking my bag out, "I'm going to get changed. You stay here and when I'm done we're going to the surprise." I pecked his lips before leaving.
