Chapter 22

(Her outfit for the date ^)
I smile at my reflection and tighten the knot in my top. Just as I'm done I hear the doorbell ring. I put your sunglasses on my head and go downstairs, making sure the lights are off.
"Hey Shawn." I say, opening the door.
"Hey, you look gorgeous" He says, pulling me into a hug. His arms snake around my back and I lean into his warm embrace.
"Thanks, you look handsome" I say and we laugh.
"Thanks, you ready to go" He asks pulling out of the hug. Damn, why couldn't we have just stayed like that forever.
"Yeh, of course." I nod and we get into his car.
"Uh quick question where is Zach." I out on my seatbelt and sit comfortably in the chair.
"Oh he's at a friends" He says smoothly. I nod and look out of the window as the houses turn into offices and shops. After about 30 minutes we pull into a parking spot on the street side. I look at where we were parked and it was at the entrance to Lopez's funfair. I grin widely as he opens the door for me.
"Why thank you kind sir" I laugh as he shuts the door behind me and interlocks our hands.

I skip beside him as we reach the ticket stall.
"Hi, can we get two wristbands, please" Shawn asks. We get the bands and wrap them around our wrists,
"Where to first" he ask as I take
in the sight. I look around and see my most favourite ride, Outrage. It's a line of seats that's goes around high up In the air. I start a run to outrage, Shawn tailing behind.
"This then waltzers then uh that then uhh hotdogs" I list out, I take a deep breath and he freaks out.
"Nope nah nah I'll wait for you to come off" blurting out he backs away. But I grab his wrist and pulls him towards me. I raise my eyebrows at him.
"Cmon just once. If you don't like it we can go to where ever you want, if you do we can go on it again." I say and he nods, agreeing to my words. I smile and drag him to a set of two seats. We get in and the bars are lowered down. He grabs my hand and I squeeze it, looking at him.

As we get of our last ride of the night on the waltzers I check the time on my phone. 11:56.
"Oh my god it's fine to twelve, Shawn" I gasp.
"Come on there is another part to this date." He says and we go back to his car. I pull the seat belt over me, clicking it into the holder and leaning my head into the rest.
About fifteen minutes later we arrive at a cute diner called, Lorenzo de monte. He guides me in and we sit in a booth next to the windows.
I grab a menu off the table and look at the drinks.
"I'm surprised this is even open at this time." I say looking around. In the back corner it had slot machines and the bathrooms. It had lovely coloured walls and chairs matching. The girls were in a white crop top and black skirt, where as the boys were wearing white tank tops and black jeans. A waiter comes up to us just as I pick my drinks.
"Hi guys, I'm Martin. I'll be your waiter today, can I start you off with some drinks?" He introduces himself, with a thick Scottish accent.
"Hey, can I get the choco-madness milkshake" he nods and writes it down, looking over at Shawn.
"The same as her please" He says and the waiter nods,
"Okay I'll be right over with your drinks and toys can order food then" Martin walks away and goes behind the bar.
"What will we do after here." I ask Shawn, my eyes scanning over the menu. My eyes land on the pancakes and cream, silently picking it.
"Go home, it'll be really late. Well early tomorrow when we are home, and we can pick Zach up tomorrow evening." He explains and looks over the menu. Martin walk back over to our booth with out drinks, placing them lightly on the table.
"What can I get you to eat?" Sweetly he asks us, pulling out a notepad and paper.
"Can I get the pancakes and cream" I ask putting  my menu down on the table.
"Can I have them raspberry sundae please" Shawn asks, handing both of our menus to the waiter.

We have a lovely night, talking, eating, speaking about our future, about Zach, about the family. It was amazing.
I slip into his car, pulling the sleek seatbelt over my body, clicking into into the holder. The engine roars to life and we start of home, I rest my head against the window, shops and public places turn into trees and houses. My eyelids droop and shut, slowly drifting asleep.
My left arm slips down to my side, my body being pulled up into someone chest, I open my eyes up to see Shawn. His arms tonight under my back holding me close to him, so I don't fall.
"Hey Shawn" my voice low, I lift my arms to my eye and rub them.
"Hey babe" he says, laying me softly on the sofa. I sit up and  stretch my body out, standing up and going over to Shawn.
"Thanks for tonight, Shawn. I had a great time." I say softly and hug him, sitting next to him.
"Ally I have a question for you." Shawn turns his body to me, I raise my left eyebrow and turn my body like he did.
"Will you be my girlfriend." His voice come out low and vunrable, hope in his eyes.  I pause for a moment, should I. I mean he did cheat on me, but we had such a great time together, and he was there for me.
"Ally," his voice speaks out to me, pulling me out of thought, I take a deep breath,
"Of course," I smile up at him, he's still taller than me sitting. A grin spreads across his face, I get up to leave. 
"Shawn" he turns his head to me as I stand in the door way. "Don't cheat this time"  Walking  away, I head upstairs. I go into my bathroom and get changed into my pyjamas. I brush my teeth and do the toilet, sitting the light off and going back into my room. I get into my bed and plug in my phone. I send everyone Streaks on Snapchat and shut my phone off, turning on my side. Shutting my eyes and falling asleep.

Hey guys, I'm so sorry that this chapter took so long, but next chapter is going to be a big one, it will be two parts and might take a while to make. So I'm sorry if it's long, but currently for me it's 11:40pm and I've had a long day. So I will try my best to make the chapters great and as fast as I can.
