Marley woke up to the sound of jalynn running around trying to get ready for there next class at 8:45. biology. gross. marley had no one good in her class besides luke but he didn't know she was THE marley.

she picked up her phone and checked her notifications to see a text from the one and only luke hemmings.

luke:) : hey marley ! :) hope you slept well . i had a great time talking last night ! hope to see you soon xx

marley couldn't help but feel her stomach do flips. god this boy is shocking.

marley!:) : hey luke ! i enjoyed last night as well maybe i'll see you today ;)

marley was thinking. she had luke freaking hemmings wanting to be able to hang out with her and she showed him the real her. maybe it's time she shows the real her to the rest of the school.

marley stood up and walked over to her vanity and put on light natural makeup consisting of concealer , powder, mascara and lip gloss. she headed over to her closet and pulled out shredded rip jeans , a blink 182 bleached crop top, a red and black flannel and her maroon old skool vans.

"HOLY SHIT MARLEY YOU LOOK AMAZING" jalynn shouts as she walks out of the bathroom. "thanks babes so do you" marley says.

marley and jalynn were already 20 minuets late for class. they start heading to biology and just in time jalynn walks to class as marley stops to grab her things out of the locker. since everyone was in class on one has seen her yet.

" where is marley stewart? she's never missed a class before !" the professor exclaimed. no one cared to pay attention to what he was saying .

"i'm right here sir sorry i didn't mean to be late" marley says stepping into the classroom suddenly getting a lot of confidence.  " marley stewart? is that you? " he says which causes people's head to lift up now curious.

"marley" luke whispers to himself as he sees what use to be the schools biggest nerd transformed into the girl he never thought he's see again.

"yes sir it is" she says as she sits down in her seat towards the back corner of the classroom.  the class drags by as marley is greeted with drooling boys and annoyed girls around the class.

when the bell finally rings her and jalynn stand up and try to get out of the classroom as far as they can since they don't have another class until 11:45.

"MARLEY" she heard a familiar voice shout as she walks out the door. she turns around to be greeted with a confused and happy luke.     " how come you hid as the girl who never talked and never had friend but you were the girl every guy wants at the party and the girl every guy wanted to keep in there life? " luke rambles not knowing when to shut up.

"luke , luke calm down love. i just didn't want to be popular or always noticed i wanted to stay secret but after talking to you last night i realized you talked to me and liked me for the real me not the nerd me" she says looking down with embarrassment clear on her cheeks.

luke takes his hand and lifts up her chin with a smile. " i'm glad you decided to be the real u mars" he says giving her a cute nickname before walking away with a wink.

god what am i getting myself into. marley thinks.
