5. Staryu
I put Misty's Staryu as number 5 because throughout the anime and manga, Staryu is one of Misty's signature pokemon. Due to this, I had to put it on this list. In addition it is very powerful.

Although Psyduck isn't the strongest or cutest pokemon, I have to put him as number 1 due to his funny moments. I loved his funny moments throughout the series. In addition, I think he is a relatively powerful pokemon, not Misty's strongest, but still powerful.
