1. Giovanni (Or Blue...It was tough, but since Giovanni was the original gym leader, I chose him):

I like Giovanni a lot. The reason is because he is so mysterious. Plus him being the gym leader and the team rocket leader was a great idea in my opinion. To make things even better, he's Silver's dad, which is awesome.
2. Koga:

My 2nd favorite is Koga. I was always a fan of ninjas growing up, and since he's kinda like a ninja, I liked him a lot. Plus he's pretty powerful.
3. Misty:

My 3rd favorite is Misty. I like Misty because she accompanied Ash on his journey... I know, Brock did too... But Misty in my opinion is a lot more powerful. And yeah....
