Chapter 15 (a little good)

Mark POV

Today was just a normal day until we got a call from the nearby hospital. We had a surrogate in LA, but she wasnt due for another month. They told us to be there fast. We immediately got in the car, making sure we had the car ready, we put the car seat in weeks ago, we may have over prepared for this.
"What if she gave birth and the baby didnt make it?" Gray asks fiddling with his phone not looking up
"Babe, its okay, if this baby isnt for us, he isnt, and we will keep looking" i explaining holding one of his hands
We got to the hospital and they told us to go up to the maternity ward
"Well thats good, at least they made it to the maternity ward" gray said sadly as if trying his best to be happy
"Hes up there baby, i can feel it. Our baby is up there" i told him and i couldnt stop smiling. The maternity ward was on the 4th floor and we had stopped on the 3rd. Floor meaning someone else was getting on.
"Hello" we both said bowing to an elderly guy who just got on
"Oh hello, what are you two young people here for?" He asked us
"Our baby might have just been born" i gleamed
"But we dont know, the hospital just called us this morning, but shes not due for another month" Gray said pessimistly (if thats even a word)
"Well i say believe in God if he says this one is yours then it is, if not keep going, your baby is out there" he told us
We reached the 4th floor, and the guy asked if he could join us to see what the news is.
"Sure the more the merrier" i answered
"Thank you, i need some good news, my wife had just passed" the man explained
"Im so sorry for your loss" gray told him
We entered the materinity ward, and they lead us to this room full of ballons
"What is this for" i asked the nurse who brought us here
"Youll see in a second" she told us
"Can you record this?" Gray asked the guy whom we learned his name is minhyuk
"Of course" he gleamed taking Grays phone and recording us
"I can feel it now Markie, hes here. He really is" gray smiled hugging on to me
And as soon as he did the nurse knocked on the door then came in with a bundle in his arms.
"Is that him?" I ask tearing up
"Grayson and Mark, meet your son" he answered
Grayson lost it and had to sit down. I held our son, and sat next to Gray.
"Hes so cute" was all i could get out
Minhyuk was tearing up as he handing Gray back his phone and congratulated us then left us with the nurse
"He was born last night, it was an emergency c-section, the surragate is doing fine, she woke up this morning. She signed over her rights and he was brought here over night in a helicopter" the nurse told us
"I cant believe hes really here, were fathers Mark, hes ours" Gray finally spoke up
"Well you guys have to sign to sign some papers then your all good to go, and all you have to do is bring him to your local doctor for check ups and shots"
"I ready to sign all i have to, just to be able to have theis bundle of joy" gray told the nurse while staring at our son
I handed Gray our son while i went with the nurse to get all the paperwork we needed
Me and gray signed everything, then i ran out to get the stroller/carseat out of the car to bring him down
When we got back to the dorm we realized we forgot to tell the boys where we were going, at 6am
The boys and JYP were at the dorm trying to figure out where we wouldve gone. As soon as i walked in they started yelling
"Guys can we fight later we just got him to sleep" i tried to calm them down
"Who?" Youngjae asked
"Our son" Gray said coming in with the baby
"Oh my god, i thought she wasnt due for another month" JYP
"He wasnt, it was an emergency"
"Well whats his name?" Jackson asked
"Jinyoung" Gray told them
Both jinyoung and JYP looked at each other and looked at our son
"Im kidding," gray laughed picking him up, "his name is actually Seok-ki"
"Oh thank god, i couldnt deal with another jinyoung, well at least he wouldnt be park jinyoung. No offence JYP" jinyoung bowed
"Meet Seok-ki Tuan" gray said turning him around so he was facing everyone "these boys are loud, but its okay, youll get use to it, your abeoji (father) is the loudest, but dad is quiet so we can just hangout a lot" gray teased
"Why am i abeoji?" I asked
"Idk first thing that came to mind"
"As you both know you get 1 year of paternity leave, but you are both a big part in GOT7 so all of  Got7 will be on a break, but the fans will still want you to all post, so please, post all you want, even you jinyoung" JYP explained "JYPE needs to keep up its good image"
"Okay JYP, will do, thank you" JB bowed
"Now that everything has been solved, i have a business to run. Goodbye everyone" JYP told us
Me and Gray went to call our families, while they were all getting ready, we bought our plane tickets, first class so Seok-ki was only bothering the rich people, kidding, JYP lets us use the jet if we need to, so all i did was talk to the pilot about what day he was free so he could put us in his schedule.
We told our family and they all were freaked out, all of our parents were crying. Grays mom more because this is there first grandchild. We told them when wed be there which was in only a week, and wed be able to stay for about a year.
That in itself made Gray happy cause hes be able to make one sisters wedding and the other sisters first child.
The next week was a ton of sleepless nights of all 8 of us, taking turns. Well more like 7 jackson said he needed sleep so he passed it off to someone else
I was fine with losing sleep because it was all because of my son, my son with the love of my life. I cant think of a better way to spend my life than with my family. How did i get this lucky.
