I pull away and meet Dustin's face only inches from mine.
"Oh my! Hi!" I say
"It's great to see you!" Dustin says loud and spins around quick. "Hey guys! I found Vic and Maddie"
That is when I first notice the other boys.
Logan, already on his way towards me.
James with Peta under his arm. After being on Dancing With The Stars with her I guess something happened. At least what I can read from the huge smiles on their faces when they look at each other.
And there. Kendall. He runs up next to Logan and waves at me.
I feel an elbow in my side.
"Stop staring" Maddie whispers in my ear as she walks up to my side. She puts on a smile and waves to the boys.
We all exchange hugs before Maddie pops the question.
"Carlos?"
All the boys glance at each other and then James say, with quite an disgusted irony in his voice
"He's at a cruise with Alexa and Alex and..some other dudes"
"Of course.." Dustin mumbles
Noticing the awkward silence and some cute girls, Logan shouts "Let's go party!"
I smile at him. "Live Like Logan" should be a thing.
I feel a hand on my back. It's Kendall.
"See that?" He says pointing at the edge of the stage where most people stand.
"Uh. Yes" I say sheepishly.
"I wanna go there"
"No, I'm gonna get squished!!"
"Don't worry" he says, smirking. "I'll get you there"
Like it was the easiest thing.
I like it.
And so we do.
