Kendall leads me towards the edge of the stage and we dance our way trough the crowd.
Every step forward, I am aware of him.
Not really a place to chit chat so I just smile. He puts his hand on my back as we make it to some good spots.
He does not let go.
The others end up somewhere else but I really enjoy Kendall's company.
He stayed close to me trough every song. And I did not feel awkward even though we barley spoke.
Time passed, tired body's bumping into each other. Me and Kendall breaking away from the crowd. When we got out and to little more quiet place I squeaked out of joy.
"That was so amazing!"
"No kidding, it was unbelievable!"
"Thanks for staying close" I said looking around.
"I don't mind"
I is dark outside but I can feel my face blushing.
We stand tight for a moment.
Then for seconds. Then for a minute before he breaks into a grin and says
"I just wanted to say.. You know.. This was really nice and.. being with you always is.. And.. Yeah"
Who's blushing now?
"Yeah, you too" I smile and grab his hand.
We go back into the party with that awkward meeting burning our backs.
And we just laugh.
