New Feelings

I woke up next to Zach at the same beach we went yesterday "Hey!" I yelled shaking Zach to wake him.

"Hey Zachary!!" I yelled hitting his chest.

"Hmm..yea" he said halfway asleep.

"Wake up" I say hovering over him.

"5 more minutes..." he murmured pulling me back down.

"Get up I need to go home and take a shower!!!" I yelled pinching his arms

"Okay geez" he said getting up and rubbing his arms.

Suddenly I remembered what happened yesterday.

And.

I.

Felt.

Awkward.

"You're driving back right?" He asked as he started to clean everything up.

"Sure whatever" I say while helping him clean.

We finally got back to my house and we decided to take a walk.

"So what did you think about the picnic?" He asked

"Ugh it was nice" I say

"It was more than nice!!!" He yelled shoulder bumping me.

"What?" I asked trying not to smile

"That picnic was more than nice."
He said

"Ok fine...it was the best picnic I've had since.....uh" I stopped about to reminisce about Daniel.

"Hey...don't think about that okay" he said facing me.

"But i-it's hard" I said beginning to cry.

"Come here" he said pulling in for a hug.

Which I returned.

"Why am I still hurting?" I asked crying in his shoulder.

"I don't know but....just know that you should stop crying." He says looking at my face.

"Why should I?"

"Because you're beautiful" he says smiling.

Oh gosh I have butterflies I thought hiding my face in his chest.

"sHuT uP" I said muffled by his shirt.

"And because I love you" he said letting me go.

Wow how do I respond to those 8 letters.

"I love you too" I say as I let him go.

"So it's this party tonight you should come" Zach said as we finally got to my house.

"Why would I go to a stupid party?" I asked folding my arms.

"I just think you should let loose a little" he says putting his hands in his pockets.

"Ok fine...I'll think about it." I said giving up

"Yessss....ok see you there maybe?" he says with a tone of excitement.

"Bye" I said waving while smiling.

So what am I wearing?

Something hot

(After 2 hours)

I finally put this together, it might be a little too much but whatever.

I arrived at the party which was blasting with music.

But other than that this party wasn't really crazy it was more like a dancing and singing type of party.

"Hey you came!!" Zach said

"How could I say no to an offer...especially from you" I say smiling.

"You look amazing" he says catching me off guard.

Why am I blushing

"Zach stop" I say trying not to smile

"Hey maybe you should make up with the guys?"

"Yea maybe I should" I said feeling guilty.

"Okay come on" He says grabbing my hand.

After pushing past many people we made it to the backyard where they were.

"Look who I found guys" he said which made their heads turn.

"Have room for one more? I asked smiling.

"Is that even a question?" Jack asked

"Yea we missed our best friend" Corbyn said hugging me

"Group huggg!!! " Zach yelled.

And I got squished.

"Okay okay let go" I said trying to breathe.

"Hey we have to go perform in f-what did I miss?" Daniel said coming out of the house.

"Oh Um we're friends again" Said Corbyn.

"Now it's your turn." Jonah said pushing me towards him.

"Oh we'll leave you two alone." Said Jack.

"Are you sure?." Mouthed Zach

"I'll be fine" I whispered to him.

Then I turned back around to him

"Hey" Daniel said

"Hey" I replied

"Let's sit"

"This is probably gonna take a while" he said
