Louis's POV
The past few days had been stressful for me. Tense enough for me to question my current state of living.
I thought I had finally found the perfect job and I honestly loved it, what I didn't quite had in mind was the constant hassle that it brought.
Ever since the drama caused by that 'Taylor' girl things were not that hard on me, but the council had called me in yesterday morning, informing me about how an anonymous student told them I was being more than friendly with my students.
Regardless of how that is absolutely absurd, they kept pestering me about how I'm not very old and they would appreciate my behaviour to be appropriate.
They informed me how they are calling in a committee to decide whether to take this new found news seriously or not. I am fairly not enjoying being accused of something so terrible let alone have a bunch of people discuss my future.
I have my morals but lately, I've been questioning them as well. The gorgeous 'Harry Styles' has not left my mind ever since that day he performed for his music hour. I find it hard to contain myself, but the boy seems to get flustered at the slightest of affection.
I've been making my attraction towards him pretty blunt for the past week and he seems to take it fine. I find everything about him so endearing, it makes my heart swell just to think of him.
Now here I am walking through the empty hallways of my old elementary school, trying to get my head around the things.
Moving back to London was a hard choice after living in the states for such a long time but I had to get out and the only city I felt could make me feel welcome was this.
You can't say that I have had a hard life, I was content with what I had and was always offered but that was still not the life I had hoped for.
Strutting along the pathways I was so deep in my thoughts I accidentally knocked down one of the ladders placed presumably by the maintenance people. The ladder is one made completely of metal made a rather loud noise at its collapse on the ground. The volume was soared even louder due to the emptiness of the hallways, but I gently move passed the fallen ladder and made my way ahead.
I found myself standing at end of the hallways connecting to the once ever so lively playground as I sighed and leaned against one of the walls.
It felt nice to be out here alone for once, not that I had a swarm of people surrounding me. I actually had no friends at all. Thinking of friends my mind drifted to what Harry had mentioned earlier. Was he serious when he offered me his friendship? Not that won't approve of spending time with him.
I would truly enjoy it but given my current condition mingling with a student is what should not be on my mind.
Once again the rush of my thoughts was interrupted by something or rather someone, as they had flicked on the light switches, a little far along the hallway.
After struggling to adjust my eyes, what stood before them was the the boy who had been occupying my mind constantly.
"Harry?"
"Mr.Tomlinson?"
"That's me" I chuckle in response
"What are you doing here?"
"I could ask you the same question," I say as I move towards him
"Oh yeah, well um I- I come here for the play ground when I want to be alone, for some quiet time"
"And what is that you need some quiet time alone here? Something bothering you" I voice my concern"
"N-no I just wanted to work on my project in a secluded environment"
