. . .

"Taehyung, where did you say the venue for the fashion show is and when is it starting? How'd you even know about it in the first place if you aren't here? Did you search it online? Hey, I have a reason for asking ... Who knows when we reach there, the event isn't happening ... You expect me to trust you-? Wow, what a gentleman you are ... You want the exclusive belt, don't you? Then find a job you dumbass, I'm not your bank account."

Jin playfully scowls and bids his friend goodbye. Turns out that the fashion show was only for invited guests only and they were definitely not on the list. He had no clue where Taehyung knew of the occasion.

Perhaps a friend of Taehyung was invited or so.

Jin wasn't interested in the occasion in the first place. He does like to style himself, but finds no attraction in watching models strut their way on the stage wearing the branded designs. He couldn't afford any of that and would rather not. It takes great care and quality for those materials to be taken with care.

He could always use that sum of money for a monthly buffet. At least, Jin will feel more happier filling his stomach instead of flaunting the expensive jackets. He's afraid of staining and losing it.

The husband sighs and heads to the small kitchen. Aside from staying at an exclusive hotel that has a kitchen in it, he assumed his wife would go all out at the sight of it. She collapsed on the bed and hasn't gotten up from her slumber since they landed a few hours ago.

Jin coaxed her with a peck on the cheek, calling her name and almost shoved the green tea bread he brought from the airport.

None of his methods worked. She's unresponsive yet breathing in a deep sleep. Jin is worried. He knows that she overexerted herself, but observed that they got enough rest together. He kept the room temperature fairly cold and tucked his wife with the blanket. She flinches at the action, but her eyes doesn't open.

Soon, his stomach rumbles.

They have enough money to last for the week if they stayed at the hotel all the time. They exchanged the dollars from the airport, regardless of having to pay the taxi driver too.

Without his wife, he could not speak proper English. He's been practicing with NamJoon and Jungkook through their video calls. He's able to progress well, but often scolds himself for not being fluent like his wife. Jin blames no one but himself.

NamJoon assured that Jin would speak perfect English in no time. He just has to keep practicing and try interacting with other people. Jungkook knows how easy-going Jin's character is. He would talk about his pets back home, only if he could boast about them in English.

The husband takes out enough cash and hides them perfectly in his pockets. He wears a black coat over his body in spite of the cold climate. The places they've visited so far are always cold just like back home in Korea. He's attentive also in searching the closest grocery store nearest to the hotel.

Thankfully, there were many convenient stores and grocery shops nearby.

He's going to prepare a simple meal that would entice the wife to wake up, or resort to something else.

He'll try to make something with the ingredients that are available in the grocery stores. The husband may as well go all out or do something small. He doesn't want to call for room service. He'd end up stuttering a lot and would struggle in the end.

Despite the sleeping beauty on the bed, he knows he can't wake her up to eat. Jin sought to find a solution that doesn't involve waking the wife up from her peaceful sleep. He loves her too dearly to wake her up.
