I woke up at 6:00 and headed into the bathroom I got changed into my gym clothes

I brushed my hair and then I headed into the gym no one was awake yet so I couldn't be to loud
I began working out it was another leg day I was mainly doing the treadmill because me and Anthony were going to do a race soon
once I finished my leg work out I headed back into anthonys room he was still asleep I jumped in the shower shaved and washed my hair and body I then got out and brushed my teeth
I dried as much as my hair as I could without waking anthonys it was just a little damp
I then got changed
