i woke up at 6:00 anthony was lay in my bed i didnt want to wake him so i grabbed my gym clothes and got changed

I put my hair in a high pony and brushed my teeth I then headed into the gym I did an arm workout
an hour and half later I was heading back to my room
Anthony: morning
Kamryn: sorry I didnt end up staying awake
Anthony: its fine
Kamryn: I'm just going to shower and get ready
Anthony: ok
I headed into my wardrobe and picked my clothes I then jumped in the shower I washed my hair shaved and washed my body I then jumped out and blow dried my hair and got changed

I then headed out the bathroom
anthony: your skirts the wrong way
Kamryn: why did I know this was going to happen its not thats how its designed
Anthony: oh
Kamryn: anyway I wanted to talk to you
Anthony: ok
I sat down next to Anthony
Kamryn: is it only jake that knows about us
Anthony: yeah
Kamryn: so do you want to tell everyone
Anthony: yeah we can do it tonight
Kamryn: ok but first what happened last night
Anthony: jake got put into the cell next to her sister and then he was trying to talk to her they didnt pat him down or anything he then got himself out with the screwdriver and then got her sister out and then they went round and when the police men weren't looking they left the way jake went in they then went onto the roof and there was a ladder getting down they came down that and ran trying to find the car and they eventually did they got in we dropped them of and they we came here
