The Wanders of the World

chapter 1

It all started in that day in the botanical gardens. No one expected to happen so quickly. One sec it was nice and calm, the other second screaming and chaos. The planes and jets flew by dropping bombs and soldiers. They shoot and destroy everything they see.
Alice: "Max!! Where are you!" She screamed. The soldiers ran towards her. She didn't knew that they were close to her.

Alice:" Max! Come h- " (sound of gunshot).
Alice was only 8 years old. But the soldiers didn't care. A few moments later, when everything had calmed down, Max went to go find Alice. When he did he laid down next to her licking her small hands and trying to have them on his head. The way she used to back then. Max started to whimper when she wasn't moving.

Max licked her little hands once more to say goodbye. Max wandered around the block where he saw leftover chicken on the floor next to family restaurant. He got closer to eat it. Seconds later inside the restaurant, two men were fighting. The two were wearing different uniforms, one had a red patch with a orange star and the other had red and white stripes with blue.
(Strangling and groaning)
Marine: " Come on."

Foreign soldier: "(Bring it on!)"

They fought for 2 minutes inside the restaurant. The marine got the foreign soldier and threw him outside the window where Max was. Max was frightened that he couldn't move from his spot, all he can do was watch.
They continue to fight the foreign soldier pull out a knife and scrape the Marine's arm. The foreign soldier waved his knife again and the marine managed to grab the soldier's wrist and made home drop the knife. The marine quickly grab the knife and stab the foreign soldier's neck. The man was gurgling for a minute until he stopped moving.

Marine: "Hello there, little guy." (Catching breath) "Come here boy."
Max went towards the marine and pats Max's head and saw his collar.

Marine: "Max, huh? Looks like we both have something in common."
Max laid down next to him.

Marine:" My name is Max as well." He chuckles. " Let's get out of here before more of them comes."

Marine: (turns radio on) " Overlord, this is Ace 2-1 come in, over."
(Static on radio). "Overlord, this is Ace 2-1 come in, over."

Marine: (sighs) "Alright little buddy, looks like we're going to walk." He picks up his gun and bends down to pats Max's head and walks walk out together.
