Chapter 22

*Caitlin's Pov*

I woke up still in Luke's arms not wanting to get up. after 10 minuets of debating weather or not I should get up I rolled over "Luke Get up" I said poking his face "no" he mumbled "Luukkkeeee" I groaned laying my head on his chest. I gave up on getting Luke up and got out of bed, I went into my bathroom and changed into black high waisted shorts and black bustier. Once I was ready I noticed Luke was still in bed I ran over an jumped on my bed he groaned and pulled the covers over his head I stood up on the bed and kept jumping on it "Wake Up, Get up" I said over and over he grabbed my ankles and pulled my down onto the bed "your so annoying" he said with a smile on his face I looked at his lip ring and smiled "I should get one of these" I said playing with it "you already have your nose pierced, next thing you know your face will be covered in piercings" I shrugged at his comment "Ashton wants to show us his apartment today" Luke said "wait, Ashton got an apartment" I asked he nodded and put his phone in his pocket "yeah, he said it was time to do things on his own since he's now 20" he said. Ashton's birthday was 7 days ago and we had a little party, he didn't want a big one. ill be honest all the people who came did get drunk. Once Luke got ready we walked over to Ashton's with the help from the directions he gave us, Luke knocked on the door and Ashton opened it "hey guys" he smiled he opened the door fully and Casey was standing there "WHAT THE FUCK" I yelled running over to her she laughed and hugged me back "why didn't you tell me you were here" I said pulling away "surprise" she smiled waving her hands I looked around and noticed Ashon's stuff wasn't the only stuff here so was lots of Casey's then it clicked "wait a minuet, Ashton" I said turning to him "what" he said looking away from Luke and to me "you didn't buy this apartment only for you, You bought this apartment for you and Casey. that's why she's here because she lives with you" I said with a smile on my face. he blushed and nodded "how did you know" Casey asked "I'm smart" I shrugged "yeah, you keep telling yourself that weirdo" Luke said I turned around and stuck my tongue out at him and he shook his head giggling to himself. Casey grabbed my arm and pulled me down the hall and into the room "How is Karla and Winnie doing" I asked sitting down, she gave me a sad look and sat down "Karla is okay she misses Michael but she's planning on coming down to visit him and well Winnie has changed a lot, she went back to school and is now in Courtney's group we don't actually talk to her anymore and apparently her and Calum have been fighting a lot" she said. "you realize the band is over" I said looking at her "no its not, Caitlin why would you say that" "Winnie clearly isn't with us anymore" "just because Winnie is gone doesn't mean we aren't, we need to continue our dreams even if that means continuing it without her" "I just don't understand" I said walking over to the mirror, and fixed my hair "what don't you not understand" she asked "when I left the band you guys didn't want to continue performing without me but now Winnie's gone and you guys want to continue" "Caitlin, your the centre your the leader we couldn't continue without you" "I'm not the centre, we are all the same". Me and Casey continued hanging out until we heard the sound of a glass break in the living room "what's going on" Casey mumbled me and Casey walked out of the room and into the living room and saw Luke and Ashton fighting and throwing each other around "LUKE" I yelled running over to him "ASHTON STOP" Casey said trying to pull Ashton away "LUKE, STOP PLEASE STOP" I yelled also pulling him away they let each other go and both had cuts and bruises on the face "WHAT THE FUCK" me and Casey yelled. I grabbed Luke's hand and walked straight out of there apartment once we made it in the hall I turned to him "what the fuck was that Luke, what the fuck were you doing" I said pushing him. He looked down not answering me "I though you weren't anything like Justin" I couldn't even look at him, seeing him and Ashton going after each other scared me. I walked away leaving Luke in the hall and I walked down to the lobby and left and walked down the street I didn't realize I was crying until I noticed my breathing not normal, as I was passing Michael's house I saw him and Calum out front playing basketball I didn't want them to see my crying so I looked down and walked by "Hey Caitlin" Calum called "Caitlin, what's wrong" Michael said stopping infront of me "Please I just want to go" I said trying to go around him but he wouldn't let me "come on, hang with me and Calum. get your mind of whatever it is that's making you upset" He said putting his arm around my shoulder I nodded and wiped my tears away. "CALUM" Michael yelled throwing the basketball at him he turned around and it hit him in the side of the face "oh my god" I said while I burst out laughing "Michael, you dickhead" Calum said running after him I laughed at my childish friends and picked up the ball, while they were chasing each other I just continued taking shots at the net, someone came up behind me and put there hand on the ball helping me throw it I turned around and it was Luke I quickly moved away and backed up "please don't touch me" I said looking at the ground "Caitlin" he said stepping forward "Luke, don't touch me" I said backing up "Caitlin, please" he said taking another step "dude she said stop. back up" Michael said stepping in front of me "dude what the fuck" Luke said "listen I don't know what you did but Caitlin is scared and uncomfortable with you and I'm not going to stand there and let something happen" "Michael, you know I would never hurt her" I heard enough and thanked Michael for letting me hang out with them "Bye Calum" I said hugging him "anytime you are bored come hang with me I'm always bored" he said I smiled and nodded "Luke, give her space" "Michael, stay out of my relationship with Caitlin she knows I would never hurt her in anyway" Luke said as I was walking down the street, but I could still hear them. The truth is I don't know if Luke would every hurt me, seeing him and Ashton going after each other like that really scared me, with my past with Justin abusing me as I saw Luke getting angry worried me. I made it home and no one was here because they were at work I walked to my room and changed into leggings and an over sized jumper. I walked over to my bed and sat down and leaned my back against the border. Luke was coming down the stairs so I brought my legs to my chest and looked down "Caitlin, can we please talk" he said sitting In front of me I looked down and noticed his hands were all cut up and his lip was also cut I signed and took him arm in my hand I brought him to the bathroom and told him to sit on the side of the tub I grabbed the first aid kit and got the cleaning stuff out of it. I grabbed his hand and started cleaning it he winced in pain "that's why you don't go attacking your fucking best friend" I said grabbing a thing to wrap around his hand. while I wrapped his hand he still didn't say and word or look at me I grabbed more cleaning stuff and lifted his chin so I could clean his cut on his lip, I licked my lips distracted by his and quickly turned around to put everything away "I uhm" I said trying to push away what just happened "Luke will you tell me what happen" I said shutting the cupboard "I know your scared of me right now Caitlin, I have told you many times before and ill tell you again I would never hurt you. I love you and I'm sorry you saw that I'm sorry Caitlin. I don't know what I was thinking" he said still sitting on the side of the tub I crossed my arms and looked down "Luke, what happened. why were you fighting" I asked "He said stuff that just set me off" "What did he say" I asked he signed and looked up at me "He told me you don't love me and that you did all these things to him in bed like-" I cut him off and grabbed his hands "Luke, i don't want to hear what dirty stuff he said" I said he looked me in the eyes and they were filled with tears I looked down for a second not wanting to see him like this "I love you so much, me and Ashton never did anything together" I said he nodded and rubbed his eyes, I wrapped my arms around his neck and hugged him "we have an acoustic show tonight" he mumbled I pulled away and looked at him "Will you be okay" I asked he nodded and looked at me "I love you Luke, Don't listen to what Ashton or anyone says" he stood up from the tub and looked down at me. I was a lot shorter than Luke I was only up to his shoulder he leaned down and kissed me. I grabbed my make up and make Luke sit on my bed "I'm not wearing make up" he said leaning back on his elbows, I blushed at the sight man did he look good like that, "Luke sit up, you need to put this over your bruises so the fans don't ask questions and worry" i said setting out my make up beside him he groaned and sat up. I kissed him and smiled "your done" I said putting my make up back he went back the position he was in earlier on his back leaned up on his elbows with a smirk on his face I smiled at him and shook my head as I put my hair into a pony tail I walked over to my closet and looked through it trying to decided what to wear to the acoustic show "Luke what do I wear" I said looking at my shirts that's when I felt his hot breath on my neck he connected his lips to my neck but I laughed and moved away "your lips are so soft that it tickled" I said smiling. After Luke helped me decided what to wear I went into the bathroom, and changed into a hot pink tank crop top with a black bandeau under and light blue jeans and black high heels. I let my hair out of the pony tail and put it over the front of my shoulders I smiled at how long it has grown its now just above my hip. I changed my nose piecing into a hoop and fixed my make up "are you done yet your gonna make up late" Luke groaned I laughed and walked out of the bathroom "woah you look hot with a nose ring" his smirked standing up from the bed "oh does that mean I should go change" "no come on" he said pulling me up the stairs. we walked hand in hand to the park where the boys were playing a little show like they use to. When we got there Ashton, Calum and Michael were already on stage and it looks like Casey also put make up over Ashton's bruises "Luke get up here your late you little fucker" Michael said noticing we finally arrived "hey it's Caitlin's fault" he said running up the stage "oh shut up Luke" I said walking over to Casey "you know you love me" he said "you wish" "I don't need to, your already mine" he said smiling "awwwww" the fans said I blushed and shook my head. "Did Luke tell you" Casey asked referring to the fight I nodded and kept my eyes on the stage "yeah, you know Ashton was only joking around" "Casey, he shouldn't of said anything like that and that's that" I said. The boys played a couple more songs and were just finishing out of my limit. "why don't we get Caitlin and Casey up here" Michael said pointing to us "no" I said shaking my head staying sat on the bench, Ashton waved Casey up so she walked on and sat on his lap "Caitlin, Caitlin, Caitlin" Michael said getting the fans to join in Luke got off stage and walked over to me "your not making me go up there" I said he smirked and picked me up putting my over his shoulder "LUKE" I yelled wrapping my arms around his waist not wanting to fall once we were on stage he lightly put my down "I hate you" I said giving him the death stare "I love you too" he said the crowd aw'd and i laughed "Caitlin, Casey, you guys should sing" Calum said I sent him daggers he laughed sitting down. "Caitlin sing with Luke" Michael said the crowed yelled yes "see they agree" Michael said smiling I looked at Luke who was already looking at me "ill only do it if Casey and Ashton do it first" I said. Casey and Ashton sang a cover and it sounded amazing everyone turned to my and Luke waiting for us "what are we singing" I said quietly he smiled at me and picked up his guitar and started playing I then knew what we were singing it was I Won't Give Up.
