Frank,Wally,and Ela were in the rec room playing Uno.Frank made they wrong move and got a 4+ card. Frank:"WHY DID I AGREE TO PLAY THIS STUPID ASS GAME!" Frank threw down his cards and stormed out the room with fury. Ela:"sighs*"Welp he's never gonna play this game ever again." Wally:"True" Ela and Wally picked up the cards and made their way to the cafeteria for breakfast.On the other side of the base Frank was cleaning his M240 SAW. Frank:"Fuck where did I put the barrel at?" Frank got up but felt something on his feet,it was the barrel. Frank:"Oh there it is." As soon Frank put back the barrel into its intended spot the intercom went off. Intercom:"May all operators report to the meeting room thank you." Frank:"wonder what's happening we aren't getting any new ops today." Frank was one of the last operators to arrive and he took a seat next to Felix Felix:"The fuck is happening today we aren't getting new ops." Frank:"I don't know know either it's suspicious as all hell." Suddenly Six came in with a vanilla file in her hands. Six:"Hello team rainbow,this meeting today will not be about new ops but a new player on our field." Thermite:"What do you mean?" Six:"Last night a anonymous user sent me a video of a vigilante killing white mask,but get this it's not a human." Some operators had looks of confusion. Six:"I have the video from the anonymous user." The screen lit up behind her,the video started showing white mask run from a fire that started in their headquarters,then a human like creature stepped out of the fire and walking to a all black car.The video ended leaving all the operators scratching their heads. Six:"I did manage to enhance the video and take a picture of what this humanoid figure is." A Photo popped up on the screen leaving all the operators dumbfounded at what they were looking at.

Frank:"What in hell is that?." Felix:"It's the ghost rider." All the operators turned to Felix. Dokkeabi:"The Who?" Felix:"No one knows it's name but legend has it that the ghost rider is some sort of demonic vigilante he can die but it's gonna take a lot to kill it and by the car in the background it drives a 69'dodge Charger." Wally:"How do you know about this?" Felix:"I've witnessed it do things to criminals before." Six:"All of you are Dismissed except you Felix I want to hear more about this ghost rider." All the operators left leaving only Six and Felix. Six:"Does this so called ghost rider target law enforcement?" Felix:"Unfortunately I don't know but since there's a video of it killing white mask than that means it a good guy." Six:"Don't get ahead of yourself Felix,if you have more information tell me,go online find news articles about it anything I just need more info." Felix:"Yes ma'am." Six:"Dismissed."
