Chapter 19

Zach's POV:
I woke up around 10:00 to the sharp ringing of my loud alarm clock. I slapped as I wanted to go back to sleep. I got up not wanting to wake Jamie up because she didn't know that her mom was coming in today. I had to be at the airport by 11:00 so I had around 30 minutes to get ready. I walked over to my bathroom taking a quick shower and doing my hair. After that I put on some clothes brushed my teeth and put on some shoes. I walked over to Jack's room to find Jamie sleeping peacefully on Jack's bed taking up half the space. I took a quick picture to show Jack what his so called princess was up too.

Zach🎤: Yo Bro! How's life.. just found your girl sleeping in your bedroom taking up the whole bed! Hope she's not like that when we get back!

Jack🍜: DUDE!! Leave her alone... she looks so peaceful there.

Zach 🎤: calm down bro I'm gonna go pick her mom up from the airport right now.

Jack🍜: oh so her mom is going as well?

Zach🎤: yup

Jack🍜: it's not fair that you get to meet her mom before I do!

Zach🎤: sorry bro! Also I'll call you when I get back with her mom I gotta goooo!

Jack🍜: ok plus we have soundcheck right now soo I'll call you instead.

Zach🎤: ok see ya laterrrr

I send before shutting off my phone grabbing an apple and grabbing the keys for the car. Even though I was only 16 I could still drive . I wasn't very good. In fact the boys would always tease me on how I couldn't drive. Also I needed an adult with me to drive but I didn't care. I got into the car and drove to the airport.
About half way there I received a call from Jamie's mom. Stopping at a red light I answered her call putting it on speaker.

"Hey Mrs.Sanchez." I said smiling even though she couldn't see me.

"Hey Zach I just wanted to tell you that my plane just landed" she said

"Ok I'm about 10 minutes away" I said pushing down on the gas pedal as the light turned green.

"Alright I'm gonna walk towards the first entrance so you don't have to drive through all those cars just to find me" She said.

"Oh it's no problem at all.. I'll see you in a little bit!" I say as she hung up the phone.

I continued on my way to the airport as I finally reached its entrance and saw Jamie's mom walking down. I honked my horn and she looked over at me and smiled. I pull over to the curd and she walks over with her luggage. I open the trunk and get put to go greet her. She walks over and I give her a big hug. I needed one of those.

"Zach let me say that you a very handy man" She says pulling away from the hug.

"Yea I know I'm handy Mandy" I say laughing.

She just laughs as we get into the car. I pull out of the curb and get back onto the road back home again. Most of the car ride home was silent except for a few questions she had about leaving tomorrow for Texas. We got home and I parked the car and we got out. I opened the door and walked into the house. I could see a sleepy Jamie on the couch. She looks over and her mouth drops. She runs over and almost tackles her mom to the ground.

Jamie's POV:
I was in FaceTime with Jack when I heard the door to the house open I looked over and see my mom walk through the door. I run over and give her a big warm hug. With tears running down my face I let her go and looked in her eyes. Her eyes looked happier than ever. I've missed her so much you wouldn't understand even though we had those rough times in the begging. I walked back to the couch where I left my phone and picked it up. I looked down at Jack on the screen and he smiled.
