Of course M'Baku falls for the one woman in the tribe who doesn't even look at him.You are the daughter of the warrior priest, Oda, and you are one of the best female warriors the tribe has ever seen. Besides being amazing at hand to hand combat and knowing your way with various weapons, you are blessed with what the tribe calls the gift of Hanuman. No one knows how to describe it but your eyes give it away. They look like pools of molten gold and are hypnotising.
You are currently sparring, taking on Maha and Tupac, two big warriors but you aren't even sweating. Children, villagers, and elders watch as you make both men yield.
"Thulani!"
"Bàbá."
You walk to your father who smiles warmly, wiping a drop of sweat.
"The Chief wishes to see you. Go clean yourself up and go to him."
"Yes Bàbá."
You bow, kissing his hand before walking off.

Oda fixes the four black long hair pins (A/N: they look like chopsticks) in your hair. They are holding your bun in place. There are gold designs on them and go with your outfit. You are in a black catsuit that you have unzipped to show some cleavage with a matching long fur robe. You wear your gold ring that is shaped like a gorilla head and your gold earrings. The black choker has a single gold teardrop hanging from it.Your makeup is light, the most obvious thing is the black eyeliner wing that is topped with a matching gold line. You glow.
"You look beautiful."
"Thank you Bàbá."
You stand, allowing the top of the fur robe to poll in your arms. A servant laces up your black boots, the gold laces shine.
"I will be back Bàbá."
Oda kisses your cheeks.
"Your mother would be proud."
You smile as you leave, headed to the Chief's palace.

You sit across from M'Baku, eyes calm and yet M'Baku feels as if you are analysing him. You sip your tea, your black painted nails drawing his eyes to the gorilla ring."Lady Thulani."
You look at M'Baku.
"I wish to court you."
You choke on your tea, taking a deep breath to catch your breath before patting your mouth dry with a napkin.
"Mo toro gafara?"
(Yoruba meaning Excuse me)"I wish to court you. Igbeyawo."
(Yoruba meaning marriage)You look at him as if he has lost his mind because he has.
"No."
You stand and M'Baku stares. You gather your robe and walk out, ignoring his calls for you.

Oda sends you to see your mother's side of the family. She is from the golden tribe.Oda is sitting in the living room when M'Baku enters. He sits across from him and Oda makes him a cup of tea.
"Are you expecting me to give you the Okay to court my daughter after she told you no?"
