Ever since that day, my curiousity for that guy grew. I just realized too that both of our rooms were just right across each other, only that we were a floor higher. His face just keeps reappearing in my mind again and again so I decided to tell my friends about it.
" YOU HAVE A CRUSH ON A FRESHMAN???" Aiko yelled at me.
"You didn't have to shout at me though..." I said.
" So when did you meet him?" Aiko asked. I told them about what happened and Aiko yelled at me again.
"Just because of that you now have a crush on him? "
"Calm down, Aiko. It's Yuri were talking about." Aira giggled.
"You think I'm that gullible?" and then well all broke into laughter. these girls never fail to make me smile. We decided to go back to our classroom after we bought our snacks. I lost at the rock-paper-scissor game so I had to buy the snacks. I ined up when i saw a familiar guy in front. As a curious person, i decided to look at the guy's face. It was the fressman. What was his name again... uhmm.. oh yea, Shintaro. He must've seen me looking at him since he greeted me with a smile.
"Yo." then he smiled. God, his smile was the exact opposite of Yuuji. He had the ca of an angel whenever he smiled.
"Yo." I also greeted. Control yourself, Yuri. His smile juts wants to make me fangirl all over him right now. I must've looked like a total fool back then, smiling wryly. I guess i coudn't hold my my fan girling moments that I bumped into someone from the back.
"I'm sorry." I said as I looked up. Shoot. It's Yuuji. It seems that I'm frequently bumping into this guy. WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS???? As for Yuuji, he just stood there smiling. His smile's just like a demon's. A mischievous one, but with a hint of handsomeness. I faced the other direction and thank god it was my turn to buy. I immediately dashed to my friends as soon as i bought their snacks and went back to our classroom.
The following classes were a bore. Now you know why i don't have high grades. I easily doze off during class if I don't find the teacher and the diiscussion entertaining. I stared at the blue sky since I was seated beside the window. Then I looked down. I saw someone staring at me from their own window. I had to stare a bit longer to get a clearer view of the person. I thought my heart was going to burst, seeing that it was Shintaro. He bent his head slightly, like it was a signal if i saw him or not. Thinking that was the reason, i also did the same thing and then we both smiled. My heart started to pund faster and faster that i felt like it was going to burst and kill me. I felt like the happiest person alive that i smiled like an idiot until someone they a small piece of paper in my forehead.
It said: " Stop smiling, Yuri. You look like an idiot. And stop blushing. Your face is so red that it looks like you have a fever.Yui"
I looked at her and smilied. Now that you mentioned it, my body does feel weird. My eyes seemed to be foggy and i feel hot. Maybe that's just because I blushed too much.
"Kazukawa. please read this sentence." Crap. the teacher called me. I stood up but i felt dizzy and my knees were to weak to stand and my vision turned into black. Then silence.
I woke up and the next thing i knew i was at the clinic with Yui and Aira.
"Are you fine now?" Aira asked. I wonder where Aiko went.
"Aiko took a supplemental exam since she failed a subject during the test." Yui assured.
I looked at the window. It was already affternoon. "I'm sorry for making you worry,guys."
I got up with their help and went out of the clinic when we saw Aiko running towards us. She took a deep breath and then smiled. "I'm glad you're fine now. You were really heavy. I had to carry you to the clinic." ad then we laughed again.
We went out of the campus together and went our separate ways. I stopped by the convinient store to buy some drinks since i felt parched. I went over the fridge and picked my drink. I went to the cashier to pay for it and went out. To my surprise, I saw Yuuji walking home... with a girl. They stopped by the convinient store as well and it looks like they saw me.
"Hi, Yuri." Yuuji greeted. That's the second time this day.
"Hi." t would be rude not to greet back.
"Oh, This is my little sister. her name's Misaki. She's a freshman." That felt like a giant nnail was removed from my heart.
" I heard that you fainted during class. Are you feeling fine now?" he asked. " I can take you home if you want." he continued. Stop being kind, bastard. You rejected me and know you want to send me home? Stop messing with my feelings! I thought to myself.
" I'm fine.I should be going home by now. Bye." and then I ran. I arrived at home, went to my roomand slumped off without even bothering to change my clothes. Why? Why does he have to be so kind? He's too kind... and it's tearing my apart... and then I slept with my uniform on.
