Apps needed:
1. PicsArt
2. Phonto

Open/create your background in PicsArt (should be Wattpad cover size - e.g. 1536x2400). To this you're going to add any elements that represent your book. My book's theme was Paris, so I added a chandelier and a tree and some flower petals. I also added pngs of my face claim. Make use of PicsArt stickers (I got the paint stroke, flower petals and tree from there). I ended up with this:

In PicsArt, add your title. I used these fonts:

Back in PicsArt, add grain (low opacity, overlay), lighting textures (low opacity, lighten) and effects (sharpen, drama and dodger).
