Just five days before the starting date of Harry's world tour, the pair finally confirm that they are dating via an official press release by their management.
The statement, passed directly onto media outlets from Samantha Fitzgerald (Beaux's manager) and Jeffrey Azoff (Styles' manager)—both employed under Full Stop Management—reads as follows:

The wording was stilted and tense, a clear indicator of how Noelle must be feeling. Us here at E! wish the couple a safe and happy couple of days.
