I woke up surprisingly early the morning of the mission. 8:06am to be exact. I never got up before ten on days that I didn't have to go to classes.

I was excited for my first mission with the Deatheaters.

Pansy and I had been talking and both of us noticed that the battle was getting closer and closer. The adults were gone more and more. So much so that at this point they were lucky to get 4 hours of sleep a night.

Since we weren't allowed to go on missions yet we stayed home. But we were still working almost constantly. We did research on spells and potions that could help us. We kept an eye out for Order activity and we trained every minute we weren't doing something else.

The amount of time we had all been spending took a toll on all of us. Theo and I had started fighting again. Yesterday we almost got into a fist fight but Blaise sucks so he sat on me so I couldn't attack Theo.

Even Astoria was irritable she got into an argument with Daphne on Tuesday over something stupid.

Since I was up so early I decided I might as well head downstairs and eat breakfast. Hopefully everyone else was still sleeping and I could get some peace and quiet.

Sadly my dream wouldn't come true. I reach the dining room to find Theo there already eating his breakfast. I decide I feel like messing with him.

"So Theo I found out who you like"

He nearly chokes on the bite of pancake that's in his mouth.

"WHAT how"

"Pansy told me. So why do you like Daphne?"

I had been proud of myself for figuring out who he liked before he started laughing.

"You think I like Daph she's like my sister. Your so dumb I like Bl-" his eyes widen and he covers his mouth. He realizes he said to much.

"YOU LIKE BLA-" I start to screech before he jumps out of his chair and tackles me to the ground covering my mouth in the process.

"Keep your dang mouth shut Granger. You will not speak a word of this to anyone of I will feed you to the dragons." He threatens "Now I'm going to take my hand off your mouth and if you yell I will kill you. Understand?"

I nod and he slowly stands up and uncovers my hand.

"Oh my god this is great I'm going to help you date him."

"You will do no such thing"

"Come in let me help I'll be inconspicuous I promise. I can find out if he likes you too."

He looks suspicious and not like he wants to agree to my plan at all. But what he doesn't know is that this is going to be a lot easier then he thinks. After I learned about Daphne I did a little bit of digging.

I found out that when Theo and Daphne were thought to be together Blaise was seen looking very angry and even occasionally glaring at Daphne.

Plus I had seen Blaise staring at Theo during dinner and training. Blaise was about as inconspicuous as a blind elephant running into a wall.

"Come on Theo just let me try"

"I don't know"

"Ok well I'll give you time to think about it but remember I have my mission today so I won't be back until later."

He nods and I get a few more minutes of quiet before the rest of the house piles into the dining room.

"So Hermione did you finish the book on old forgotten spells" Malfoy asks me between sips of coffee.

"Ya I didn't find anything that could be of any use. Most were just old housekeeping spells" I reply.

"What about you Blaise did you find anything" Malfoy turns towards him.

"Nothing at all I looked through the potions one too"

Everyone else continues to talk about spells and potions when Rabastian calls me out into the hall.

"We're leaving in an hour. If you go up to your room there's a present on your bed" he tells me before heading off towards his room.

Once in my room I see the blue package on my bed. I open it to find my own set of Deatheaters robes and a mask. I quickly put on the robes and stuff my hair into the tightest bun I can manage. I can't risk recognition.

I hold on to my mask, waiting to put it on until we get ready to apparate there.

I find Rabastian and Bellatrix waiting in the entry hall.

"We've raised the time to 10 minutes so I'm glad you're here" Bellatrix tells me when I walk in "I have to run and grab something but I'll be right back."

She leaves and that's when the nerves start to kick in.

"You look nervous" Rabastian says.

"Well going on an mission that could lead to my death usually leads to some nerves."

"That's a bit dramatic. It'll be fine. It's a small scale mission plus I've got your back."

"You promise?"

"Of course nothing will happen to you or Bella and me. We've done this hundreds of time and we're still here aren't we?"

"Ya, how many are we up against?"

"Four or five not many and most of them aren't that well trained. Not as well as all of us at least. We'll all be fine I promise you."

After a couple minutes Bellatrix comes back carrying three bottles of a dark potion.

"This is a healing potion. If you get a serious injury take it and it will fix it within certain limits and time period. The worse injury the longer it takes."

Rabastian and I nod our heads in understanding. She hands one to each of us and put it in the pockets of our robes.

"Now as soon as we apparate in there they will immediately try to kill us so be prepared."

We nod again.

"Masks on and at the count of five apparate in"

I put my mask on.

"2"

I hold my wand out.

I take a deep breathe.

"4"

I get ready for the feeling of apparation.

I apparate.
