After a memorable day,the gang returned to their houses and had a much more peaceful sleep than before .All the six members of the newly formed gang had different emotions different feelings before they shut their eyes for sleep .

PREETI-She was thinking about the new butterflies in her stomach that errupted because of pandit's flirtings.She thought about the blush that her face had when he appreciated her looks.Being in the same school for almost 10 years she never ever felt these rising new emotions for him before.This was the first time she was actually thinking about someone other than Amir shahrukh or salman(THE THREE KHANS).She herself didnt know when sleep made its way and her eyes shut down.

Pandit- He on the other hand was feeling the same.He could actually feel the heartbeats that increased when he saw preeti coming along with naina and swati at the law garden.He was smiling like a fool looking at her actually staring at her with all those majnu types looks.He never felt this kind of emotions for any girl before.He never disliked preeti before but neither liked her in that way.He himself being a smart and mischiveous boy always wanted a partner like him.He found preeti the more naughty one if compared with naina .He knew that naina was a topper and a typical behenji types girl but his opinion for preeti was quite different since the very initial days.He thought that yes preeti was like him in every aspect.She was smart and confident with whatever she wears or with whatever she speaks.She was not a good student in academics just like him.She loved naina swati just like he loves sameer munna.She speaks through her heart and mind.He smiled at the last common thing that they both were equally mad and insane After these thoughts he had a good sleep like never before.The other two ie Munna and swati too had a happy and peaceful sleep.

Swati -She thought that munna though flirts with her alot but he was a good guy.He never misbehaved or was rude to her even when she did the same with him.He always had a smile whenever she teased him with the prefix 'bander'.He never felt offended of these words thrown at him because these were from his frock wala pandit for her bander she thought and smiled to herself.

Munna-He didnt think much about these things coz it was a daily routine for him to think about swati before sleeping. He was surely happy with the times he spent with swati and the gang.He said a thank u to naina in his mind for the evening they spent together because of her plan. These four were feeling some new gush of emotions while the other two restless souls had a tough time before sleep.                                                   

Sameer was rolling on his bed,he was continuosly flipping sides and was trying to sleep.After a number of failed attempts he got up and sat with a pillow in his hand.He put his palm on his face and started with his thought process. Aj sach mei kitna maza aaya na Munna pandit ke sath swati preeti ke sath aur ....aur Naina ke sath.Uske sath waqt kaise beet jata hai kuch pata hi nahi chalta hai .Wo itni bhi buri nahi jitna maine socha tha .Ab jab mai use jaanne laga hoon to ehsaas ho raha hai ki wo ek acchi ladki hai.Ek acchi dost hai aur dil se dosti nibhati hai.(during his thoughts he wasnt even reminded of the bet for once.The word bet was eliminated from his thoughts and life for sometime).He blushed remembering the the icecream romance.He had never ever shared things with anyone especially eating from the same cone of icecream was something he never liked.But things do change situations also changed.Why was he feeling bad when naina didnt got her favourite icecream.Why did he ate it from the same side as hers. And damm!!what was the aroused feelings when he saw some cream smeared on her lips.These thoughts made him ponder over his changed feelings.He thought that may be situations are changing but he didnt understood that it was his life which was going to change because he was changing from a flamboyant to a caring person(that too for a girl whom he claimed to have hated till now).Sameer continued thinking about the events that happened since they became friends(note-events from where this story started).A small smile appeared on his face when he remembered the incident of the evening.Naina being so worried for him when he accidently ate the spicy panipuri made him blush, smile ,think, laugh and somewhere curse himself for being a stupid.After a long time thinking about the events he decided to write his diary.He opened his diary flipped the pages one after the other.He was turning the pages after reading the headings and dates.He started remembering all the events mentioned in his diary right from his hostel days ,his nainital life(frnds,crush,girlfrnd,masti,scoldings,family behavior,teachers etc),his mothers phone call,trip to ahmedabad during vacations,Nanu's love.last day in nainital ,his first day in ahmedabad (chewing gum incident with naina)he smiled remembering the day ,naina ,her long hairs,his chewing gum and his sorry note).Ahmedabad aake bhi sabse pehle tumse hi mila tha naina ye itefaq tha ya kismat ye to waqt hi bateyga ab.He said these lines to himself and continued reading his own shayris and poems in between the pages which he had marked with stars or had bookmarked the pages as these were very special to him(his hidden talent and secrets which were a mirror to his heart ) He never disclosed his secret with anyone not even with his nanu.He didnt even remember that he himself had narrated his favourite poem to munna pandit under the alcoholic effect or we can say overdose.He continued flipping the pages of his diary-his admission in pvkm followed by the first day and his collision with naina nd fight with pankaj and many other school events,headboy competition,his mother's behaviour her taunts,the bet .His eyes widened when he read the tittle-THE BET,now he was reminded of his act once again .

Yes right!he had written about each and every emotion& event or incident in his diary.It was his most precious asset and he named it as journey of my life.After reading the word bet he wasnt feeling good.He felt uncomfortable and his smile faded automatically.Hurridely he turned the page (trying to turn the fateful event in a way,but destiny always has its own plan and the karma plays its own trick.Turning the page of his diary in a way avoiding the bet was not going to help as the thing he did cannot be changed now)He read the next tittle,First step(friends).He smiled remembering the day they became friends and now continued writing about all the events that took place in the last four days .

After writing he finally kept his diary and had a peaceful sleep with a smile and the warmth of his pillow. Sameer had a hard time in understanding those mixed emotions but he surely was changing with every passing time and moments he spent with naina.He wanted to forget the bet for the timebeing (or may be forever who knows)

Well his slow and sudden changes were the beginning of the most beautiful thing of his life-a journey of eternal love.                       

On the other hand Naina was very happy .She was not at all confused about her feelings.She wanted to scream out her feelings to the world but firstly to sameer.She was blushing when she touched her lips .She remembered how they had the icecream from same cone.She had noticed him eating it from the same side of the cone from where she had eaten.Her brows furrowed when she thought about the sudden change in his behaviour when she was having the icecream.She could definately see some other emotions in his eyes.But what kind of emotions they were innocent naina could not decipher.She was happy from the core of her heart and looked at preeti who was sleeping beside her.She was so happy that she hugged her sister tightly and slept remembering sameer .She saw a beautiful dream of their wedding -she wearing a red lehenga and he in his cream sherwani with turban(sehra),elders of the house were blessing them and they both looking each other smiling, blushing and then he filled her mang with sindoor and her dream continued.A satisfactory smile was plastered on her face during her sleep which indicated her inner happiness only because of sameer.               

NARRATOR-WO RAAT SAMEER NE JITNI KARWATE LIYA THA UTNE TO SHAYAD PURE ZINDAGI ME AB TAK NAHI LIYE HOGE.WO KHUD SHART KO BHULNA CHAAH RHA THA .DHEERE DHEERE BADAL RAHA THA .PYAAR HUA TO NAHI THA USE PAR SHURUWAAT SHAYAD HO CHUKI THI.AUR DUSRI TARAF NAINA NE TO SHAADI BHI KAR LI THI AREY SAPNO ME HI SAHI SHAADI TO HUI THI NA.INKE DOST BHI EK DUSRE KE LIYE KUCH MEHSOOS KAR RAHE THE.AB DEKHNA YE THA KI WAQT KE AAGE KISKI LOVESTORY KI NAAYA TAIRTI HAI AUR KISKI DOOB JAATI HAI.
