Jungkook tries to hide the shiver that runs down his spine. The man is staring at him the entire time. But he couldn't figure out if he likes it or not...

It seems like Jimin is bored of this business transaction and doesn't want to bother him more than he is. After bowing to Hoseok, Jungkook takes off in the other direction as fast as a normal pace allows.

As soon as he turns the corner, Jungkook slams his back against the wall, out of sight of the other men. Tears prick his eyes and his throat burns. His anxiety is bubbling and has to shut his eyes tight to slow his breathing. It feels like so much was riding on this one meeting; making a good impression, getting hired, getting paid, making more of a reputation as a photographer. This would be a way for people to stop seeing him as a child with a fun hobby but as an artist. He wasn't going to squander this chance to prove himself.

Jungkook stares down at the business card in his hand as he walks home. The meeting with the men went well. Hoseok was the one who originally contacted him about his services and was very friendly and cordial. Jimin, on the other hand, was..something else.

The man was sexy, to say the least, he was dressed in all black which made his blonde hair pop. His features were soft like a baby, but his neck and hands were covered in tattoos. His eyes were as razors; cutting into Jungkook's confidence. Jungkook wanted to make a good impression so bad, it didn't help to feel this man's gaze the entire time.

The few times he allowed himself to look, Jungkook had to hold his breath otherwise the man's beauty would snatch it away. Hoseok was the one who suggested shadowing Jimin. Jungkook was conflicted because it was a great chance to get most of the work done quickly but on the other hand, his heart did flips thinking about being so close to him.

When Jimin left the table, Jungkook was able to breathe again but a small part missed the man's eyes watching. But he still felt them, somewhere. He caught Jimin's eyes outside the cafe.

Jimin looked hauntingly gorgeous. The autumn leaves falling around him as a cigarette hung from his mouth, eyes piercing through the window. Jungkook couldn't hold his breath forever and had to turn away. He couldn't tell if the man was interested or annoyed at him.

When they were set to leave, Jimin made a line in the sand. Almost daring Jungkook to cross it when he rejected his handshake with ghostly eyes.

A couple of days pass until Jungkook is to start shadowing the owner of Calico Cat Tattoo. Each day brings more nerves Jungkook doesn't want to deal with. He couldn't get Jimin out of his mind, his face, his lips, his eyes were in every other thought he has. Jungkook had to squish this ridiculous crush on the owner before starting, otherwise, it could end badly. He texts his best friend to clear his mind.
