I wanted to give those with an aquatic form a place to have fun. In the City, there is a bay that reaches a depth of 20 fathoms naturally, but there is a section that has been artificially deepened to the depth of 300 fathoms for deep-sea creatures. There is a space set aside for underwater hunting. All shapeshifters who enter this area are required to wear a special marking of bright colors so as not to be confused with prey. All who do not do so at their own risk. The majority of the Bay has been covered in natural and artificial coral. Scuba diving is allowed.
