We went back to our cabins so that we can prepare our things for the quest. I brought 5 squares of ambrosia, snacks, water and extra clothes. Then I saw Nico come in to the cabin.
" A Quest huh? Well good luck, you'll get killed by time you see the first monster." He said.
" Wow thanks, that great advice" I said.
Nico scowled at me " Seriously, take care of yourself. You are my only sister here at camp. I lost my sister, and my Roman sister is in Camp Jupiter. So your the only one I got. By the way, our fatal flaw is bringing back the dead by ambition. So try not to resurrect a lot of people." I smiled " Thanks Nico. You are a great brother." I said.
After I finished packing, I went outside. I was about to go to Logan's cabin, but I bumped into Annabeth.
"Hey Jane! I heard you are going on a quest. I bet you need some ideas to where you can find those demigods." She said.
" Yeah, I'm not really good at planning quests." I said.
" Well, I think the best idea is to look in New York. It's where mount Olympus is. Probably a god took them or something. That's for you to find out. Good luck on your quest." She said.
"Wow thanks Annabeth that's a good idea." I said.
After we talked, I heard the horn for dinner. I saw Logan talking to his counsellor Leo Valdez. I wanted to join him for dinner, but a girl tapped my back. She had dark brown hair, and she had a warm smile.
" Hi My name is Piper McLean." She said.
I shook her hand "My name is Jane Stone."
" I just want to say good luck for the quest tomorrow. I know it's a lot to take for a first timer." She said.
" A little bit, but I have my friends by my side." I said.
" That's good then. I just have one request. When you find Jason, please bring him home safely. She sounded so desperate.
I put my hand on her shoulder "I'll try my best. I promise." I said.
"Thanks Jane. Since I am the daughter of Aphrodite, maybe I can give you some advice." She said.
"Yeah sure." I said.
"Love can bring back the lost." She said.
I didn't know what it mean but I thanked her.
After dinner I went to my cabin, and took some rest for the quest for tomorrow.
