Prologue
'Luke?!'I turned around after I heard the familiar voice and I was met with a face from my past.
'Kayleigh!?' My voice barely came out as a whisper.Everyone in the room was staring at us,but I didn't care.I never thought I would see this girl again
I run up to Kayleigh to envelope her in a tight hug,but I soon felt a stinging sensation on my left cheek.Kayleigh had slapped me.Hard.
'What happened to forever Luke?How are you not hurt like me,how are you okay?'Kayleigh shouted at me with hate and disappointment evident in her voice.
'Kay I did what I had to do...you know that.'
'Save your lies Luke for some other pathetic girl because I won't fall for it anymore'
'Please Kay I need you to listen to me' Kayleigh started to walk away from me.I tried to plead with her to stay but she wouldn't listen to me.She walked right out of the door and probably right back out of my life.
I lost her again.
'But Kayleigh..I'm not fine at all.'

okay guys so this is a pretty bad prolgue but I swear it gets better from here.I have the plot all planned out I just couldn't think of a good starting point.This is my first fanfic as well so...yeah
