Secrets Revealed
ARIA'S P.O.V
I'd been in hospital for three days. Not that I was counting or anything. I just wanted to leave this place and never come back. My memory was still foggy but I knew exactly what happened to me.
My father had told me that I was going to have a special visitor soon and then he said 'You'll understand everything'. It's wierd, because dad hadn't tried to convince me my theory was wrong. That I wasn't attacked in the middle of New York, he'd just nodded his head. But it was what happened, I was attacked in the middle of nowhere in New York by something that wasn't human.
It caused my the most heart renching pain i'd ever experienced and whatever it was left me with a number of scars and a broken ankle. One scar that interested me the most was the one on my neck. It was two pierced holes opposite eachother with a cresent shape outline, it almost looked like bite marks.
The doctor had taken the mirror off my because they said I was becoming obsessed with my scar. I was surprised that it hadn't even gone down, I mean it was exactly the same as the day I got it.
I decided that the nurses and doctors in the hospital were rude and unproffessional. I'd been asking multiple times if someone could explain or give me some kind of information about this hole in my neck.
I'd also like to know why the pain was so intense and unbareable I think I deserved some answers. Each and every nurse or doctor that I asked completley avoided the question and started talking about another subject that I wasn't the least bit interested in. It kind of reminded me of the way that I would ask dad a question about mom and how he would completley ingore me. Like he was hiding something. It was obvious that the nurses and doctors were doing there best to try keeping something from me. But I'd had enough.
I wanted to know what gave me this hole in my neck.
I wanted to know why I was hallucinating about my death.
I wanted to know why I had experienced the worst pain in my life.
I wanted to know how my appearance has changed dramatically overnight.
I wanted no more secrets.
The nurse waltzed back into the room carrying a fresh jug of water. Ugh I detested this nurse she was the worst. Not only was she brash and unproffessional, but she was the size of a beached whale and smelt like a dumpster.
"I want to see my dad please." I said in a rather calm voice. She turned around from whatever she was doing and glared at me.
"That's nice. What do you want me to do about it?" She replied in a sarcastic tone. My anger level was increasing rapidly.
"Can you tell him to come in." I asked through gritted teeth. She could see she was clearly annoying me.
"Look i've had enough-"
That was it.
"Oh for goodness sake! I'm sick and tired of waiting! Nobody's giving me any answers and I'm getting very agitated now! I have questions that I want answers to. I'm asking you t- NO actually i'm TELLING you to go and get my dad, PLEASE!" I'd never yelled at anyone like that before.
The nurse went bright red in the face and gripped onto the jug of water that she'd been carrying.
Just then in walked my father.
"Ari, I have someone who wants to meet you." He walked into the room and in walked an attractive man who followed, he look around middle aged.
He greeted me "Arianna I think we have alot of talking to do." He smiled.
