Gerard way was a lonely boy . He had been through a lot considering he was only in his 20s .( roaring 20s ) he had been raped by a guy called bert at sixteen. he had failed 3 suicide attempts and was once addicted to alcohol and drugs .Gerard had been bullied his whole life mostly by a bully from his school Tyler Gerard would get regular beatings from him and his friends .

Together they all made Gerard's life a living hell shoving him in to lockers, shoving his head down the toilet. Gerard suffered with self-harm . every so often he would pass out because of the amount of blood that he would lose but he never died ( which he thought was unfortunate ) every night he would cry himself to sleep . He thought about telling his brother but why would you tell part of the problem?
