The Light Of My World-Chapter Twelve

I woke up one morning after having the same dream again.

The voice keeps on ringing through my mind.

I couldn't take it any longer.

Pulling on some clothes and grabbing my cell phone, I opened the front door and ran outside into the night.

"Yeah, that's it. "You're gonna be alright".

I tripped and fell down a large hole that had purple stars, fire flames, lightning, and green claw marks that swirled all around me.

Soon, after I landed on the ground, the view was completely.

It was still nighttime, and there seemed to be no one around.

Except for the sound of screaming and evil laughter.

"GIVE ME THE ROCK"!

An evil looking woman with red smoke coming out flew right at me.

I ducked her and landed myself on my stomach.

"There she is".

StarChild had his purple x ray vision right on me.

"YIKES"!!!

I shrieked and bolted away as fast as a cheetah.

A bolt of lightning soon hit me in the head and I felt a sharp pain.

"Oh No"!

Spaceman ran up to me.

"What is it, Spaceman"?

The band stopped in mid sentence as they saw what it was.

"It's all my fault".

I was knocked out for a while.

StarChild lifted up my hand to check for a pulse.

"We better get her to a much safer place".

He took to the air and lightly lifted me up.

CatMan saw a burn mark on my shoulder.

In the morning, I woke up with a headache.

Sitting up was a horrible task.

So, I laid back down again.

Just then, a door opened.

I immediately screamed and kicked as I saw my attacker.

But it was only Spaceman, but I didn't remember a thing that happened yesterday.

"Please, I only wanted to apologize..."

He had a worried look on his face.

I was breathing heavily, and still was very scared.

"Everything okay in here"?

CatMan could see that I literally traumatized.

"She's suffering from amnesia".

He slowly walked up to me, holding his hands.

"Just give her some time to get better, she'll warm up to you then".

He handed me a glass of water, but all I did was look at it.

"It's water, you supposed to drink".

I just looked at them in confusion.

StarChild walked in the room.

I jumped when I saw him walk towards me.

"Take it easy. I won't harm you".

He smiled sweetly and then turned his attention to the others.

"She doesn't seem to remember how to drink from a cup".

I threw the glass cup to the floor.

StarChild was quick to catch it.

"You're not supposed to throw it, you drink from it".

I was still confused.

"We better figure out something".

StarChild was carrying me to a different room.

"It is going to be tough considering the fact that her memory is lacking".

Demon watched as I watched them talk among each other.
