In the street

"Get your watch! Only 5.00 dollars", Lily yelled.

"Five dollars for a watch"?

"This is not any watch. You see that tree", Peyton asked.

"Yeah".

Peyton pressed the button and a laser shot the tree.

"You can put it on stun or deadly and you'll always know the time".

"I'll take two"!

She gave them ten dollars and left. Charlie and Kevin ran up to them.

"You guys can't sell this".

"Yeah, they're my technology".

"Technically, they're our technology since we live in the same house now", Lily said.

"And, you probably don't want anyone knowing your using illegal objects to build your machines".

Kevin groaned while walking away.

"Nice job".

They high five.

*Plays theme song*

"Sixty dollars, it's more than my dad makes every day", Peyton said.

They laughed. They smiled at each other.

"I had a great time selling Kevin's watches".

"I did too".

"Do you wanna, go to the movies tomorrow"?

"Sure, I'll see you then".

He went upstairs. Lily smiled dreamy.

"What are you smiling about"?

"Nothing".

Jackson and Joe looked at each other and then back at Lily.

"Yeah right", they said in unison.

"Whose the guy", Sandy asked.

"Why is it automatically a guy"?!

"It's a guy", they said in unison.

"Fine it is".

"Awww", Sandy and Joe said in unison.

"Gross".

They all gave a look at Jackson.

"Well"!

"So who is he, do we know him"?

"Yeah".

"Who is it"?

Lily whispered the name in Sandy's ear.

"OH MY GOD"!

"Who is it"?

"I can't say. We gotta get you ready"!

They left.

"Girls".

At 8

Peyton waited for Lily in the living room. She came downstairs.

"You ready to go"?

"Yeah".

"I'm glad that we're going out as friends and not on a date".

"Why"?

"Because every girl that asks me to the movies wants to be more than just friends and I don't want to get hurt like my mom did to my dad".

"Yeah , I'm glad we're friends ".

"Best friends ", Peyton corrected her.

He went outside.

"Best friends".

She followed him.
