Sides of a story (being rewritten)

~1~ Virgil and Patton

A car drives softly over the road in an old town. The two jong adults in the car couldn't look more different. The one on the wheel has a bright smile on his face while he hums to the songs on the radio. He wears a fluffy blue sweater with little kittens on it. His blond/brown ish hair curls on his head and frames his face. His round glasses make his blue, green eyes shine. "We are almost there Kiddo!"

The other man in the car looks up from his phone. His hair, black with purple tips, falls just in front of his eyes. His brown eyes look tiredly up to his friend. The black and purple jacket he is wearing slumps down with the man as he slumps down in his seat as the car slowly comes to a halt. "Do we really have to Patton?" He asks as Patton stops the car in front of a cozy little house.

Patton smiles and opens his car door. "Come one, it's not that bad?! Its something new!" He takes a step outside and stretches out. It's been a long car ride. Virgil follows his best friend's example and steps out the car. "It is! We have to live in a house with two strangers!" He pulls his jacket over his hands as a breeze seems to come out of nowhere. "Look Vee, I know you don't like meeting new people" Patton walks over to his friend. "But you're going to be fine! You have your own room and if everything becomes to much, I'm close by" He smiles at Virgil as he puts his hand on his shoulder. Virgil nods and gives Patton a small smile. 'Yes, we will be fine' Virgil thinks.

"Should we unloaded the car first or so you want to peak inside?" Patton says excited. Virgil chuckles "lets explore first" he says seeing his friends excitement. Patton beams and takes his keys and Virgil's hand and runs towards there new home. As they stand in front  of the house Virgil notices that it's bigger then he expected. Patton opens the door and they walk inside. "Its so cozy!!" Patton almost screams as they arrive in the living room. It's a great start with everything that's necessary to live nowadays, a couch, tv, radio, a cute little table and so much more. Patton runs towards the kitchen while Virgil is still taking everything in. "Owh Virgil this is amazing!! I have everything in here to make my famous cookies!" The open kitchen brings a nice and homey atmosphere to the living area. Virgil looks at his friend. He turns to the stairs. "Hey Pat, I want to check upstairs! You wanne join me or are you staying in your kingdom?!" "Coming Virgil!!" Patton runs out the kitchen and follows Virgil upstairs.

As they arrive upstairs, they are amazed by the simplicity and beauty of this floor. It's divided in four bedrooms, two bathrooms and at the end there is an old time staircase that leads to the attic. They take a look at the doors, the previous owners made it there own little project to make this house perfect for its new owners. Names where already engraved in the doors. Each room chosen for the four and already altered a bit to match there personalities. Patton opens the door with his name and is amazed by what he sees. There is a big window with a lot of rooms for his plants. In the room with baby blue walls stands a kingsize bed, a desk and a closet. "It's perfect for you Pat" Virgil says as he stands in the door opening. Patton turns around and smiles brightly at his friend. "I know right!! Look at all this potential!!" Virgil chuckles and moves to the hallway to take a look at his own room. As he opens the door he walks in carefully. The room as two smaller windows and is really open. "This is great lighting" Virgil mutters under his breath. His kingsize bed has black details, matching the closet in the room. "I can but my easel in that corner..." "This is really cool Kiddo!" Virgil jumps at the sound of his friends voice. "Sorry hon, didn't wanne scare you." Patton gives him a small smile. "No prob-" Virgil was cut off by the spongebob theme song. Virgil raises his eyebrow as Patton answers his phone.

"Yellow!" Patton says as he smiles. Virgile chuckles at his goofy ness but drops his smile as soon as he sees Patton's face. "What do you mean the moving truck is late??...........What is late in you're eyes??...... A day!!! You mean that there coming tomorrow?!!.... Okay... Bye" Patton hangs up the phone. "Well thats a bummer...." Patton says with sad smile. "What are we going to do now?!" Virgils eyes shoot open. "First we are going to take our bags out off the car, we have enough stuff in there to survive for more then four weeks, and then I will make your favourite tea." Patton says hugging Virgil. Virgil hugs back and whispers softly "okay...lets go"

They walk downstairs as they hear a car stopping outside. Virgil freezes immediately and Patton smiles brightly. "That must be our new housemates!!" Patton says smiling. "Yes... it must be..."
