Next Day

I'm kind of tired from last night, Gray and I didn't get home until about midnight so I look like shit right now. As I close my locker and start walking towards Mr.Smiths class this boy stops me..

James: Sooo...you're the new girl?

This guys makeup was flawless, and I was completely shocked that he could walk in high heels so effortlessly while me... you don't wanna know.

Emma: yup

James: well hi I'm James, but you can call me sister!

He puts his hand out for me to shake it and honestly I was looking forward to getting to know this James guy maybe he could give me lessons on how to walk in heels and do my makeup lol

Emma: hey, I'm Emma but you can call me... Emma

James: *laughs* so a few of my friends have been telling me all about you so of course I had to come see what all the conversation was about!

Emma: Conversation?

James: Oh don't worry Sister it's good conversation! But now that I'm here and seeing how glamorous you are, I want you to try out for the modeling team!! So what do you say?

I can barely walk in shoes what makes him think I can walk in heels!?

Emma: Eh... idk if I'm really cut out for the whole modeling thing

James: So its a yes!?

Emma: n-

James: Great! tryouts are this Monday see you there!

James walks off leaving me puzzled.. what did I just get myself into... I quickly walk to my class making it just in time, I don't want to be late again. I take my seat and focus on Mr. Smith, about 5 mins later Grayson walks in his eyes immediately land on mine, I turn my head to avoid eye contact. Grayson then comes over and sit in his seat which is awfully close to mine.

Grayson: did you have fun yesterday?

Emma: Shut it I'm not about to get detention because of you!

Grayson: *chuckles*

Mr.Smith: Grayson, would you like to share whatever you're laughing at with the class?

Oh no, I hope he didn't see me talking..

Grayson: No sir

Mr. Smith: well you'll be sharing it with me after school... IN DETENTION!

GRAYSONS POV

Damn.. well I don't wanna be alone in detention after school, how about I get innocent little Emma in trouble?

Grayson: well now that I have nothing to lose, did you have fun yesterday?

Emma: If i say yes will you leave me alone?

Nope..

Grayson: Idk, I'm not quite sure if I feel like it.

EMMAS POV

He's mocking me... jerk

Emma: hush Dolan before I make you!

Random Girl: Can you two like shut up?!
