Chapter 1: Permission slip

"Morning, babe," Peter asked me as he walked into the kitchen behind me in only sweatpants. He put his hands on my hips and pressed a kiss onto my cheek. 

"Morning, Spider-Boy."

"It's Spider-Man," Peter said annoyed, rolling his eyes. "What have you been up to this fine morning?"

"Well, while your lazy ass was sleeping, I went on a run, and now I'm making us some breakfast."

"Hey, I am not lazy. Most of the time. And that's sweet, anything I can do to help?"

"Nope. I've got it."

"Alright," He nodded, and sat down on one of the wooden stools across from me.

"Put a shirt on," I laughed. To be honest, I din't really want him to, but it was very distracting, and I didn't want to burn the eggs.

"Fine. Be right back."

"Hey kids, how was your night?" My dad asked as he stepped out of the elevator with Pepper.

"Normal, we watched a movie. Yours?" I replied, before I bit into a piece of toast.

"Great. Y/N, do you have a permission slip thing that you need me to sign for that school trip coming up?"

"Uh, yeah," I said, and I quickly ran to my room to retrieve it, putting it in my dad's hands.

"Lordy, stop doing that," He laughed, placing a hand over his chest.

"Never," I smirked, as he read over the yellow sheet of paper.

"This thing is in a month?"

"3 weeks. Peter's scared, though," I laughed.

"Am not," He pouted.

"Aww, does little Petey need to hold someone's hand?" My dad teased.

"Mr Stark, respectfully, shut up, please. I just don't want to go to another lab because of what happened last time."

I laughed, and Peter got the evil eye from my dad.

"Anyways, I can go, right?"

"Yeah, of course. How are you getting there?"

"We're taking a bus."
