Today was an average boring school day. I'm serious, nothing exciting happened today. Although, I did speak to Lyster. I questioned him about why he didn't show up at Halloway Cafe yesterday. He just said that his dad needed his help with something, and he forgot to call me. I guess I just forgave him.
Oh, I lied! Something exciting did happen today. Dad got a loan, and is gonna expand our house, we are gonna make it three stories high, instead of two. Dad wants to save a bit of money, so he is gonna destroy the basement first. Then the builders can build. We've never been up in the basement before, I'm really eager to find out what is up there.
Lyster invited me over to his house tomorrow, gathering because he feels bad for standing me up yesterday; dads cooking steak and veggies for dinner, yum!
