The hottest poem

Thursday, June 2014.

I swear, it is one of the hottest days ever in Jully.

We have all of the windows open, and yet we are still sweating our rings off. And could you imagine, the air-conditioner decided that it didn't want to work anymore. Unfortunately, my house isn't actually wired with fans, dad has to install them soon.

I started to write a little poem, so we can paint it onto a wall, I think it is a nice touch.

Home is the glow you hold in your eye

Home is the emotion that makes you cry

Home is safe and a place of peace

Home is where all strivings cease

Thank gosh tomorrow is Friday. Even though I don't have school tomorrow, I still get bored. I wonder if Lyster wants to hang out. I might call him later.
