This writing is rather close to my heart. It was what brought me out of my writing hiatusduring my freshman year. Originally, I wrote this for my school'sliterary magazine, while I was still struggling over the "loss"of a special friend. One interesting fact is that the same special friendis the one who actually gave me the prompt for this story long beforeI considered writing this. I was actually planning on writing a fullnovel with the same premise as the following story. (here on Wattpad, I did actually write something in an Untitled Story, but I forgot all about it until I checked a few minutes ago!) You can considerthis as a sort of "test" of quite a few things, especially theuse of second person, which, at the time of writing this, wasentirely new and almost unheard to me. Within this story, I mixedquite a few elements of my own life, as well as even makingreferences towards what little I knew of my special friend's, whichreally adds to the sense of personal emotion and interest. So in the end, is this a sort of pointed story towards said friend? Perhaps. Negatve connotation wasn't meant with this story, it was a way for me to jump back into the fray of writing whilst having myself a bit of a venting session, which is essentially what the whole of Color/Emotion is. If that friend is reading this right now, thanks for the idea. Even if, on the off chance, it isn't going to happen, we await for your return 8)
