Why? Why my baby?
That was the only thing running through my head as I stared at the out the window on the other side of the room.
I was pregnant and didn't even know it. I was going to have another baby and yet it was stripped from me.
I cuddle up to the pillow next to me as tears continued to run down my face. I haven't moved from this position since the doctor told me.
That was 5 hours ago.
Friends and family have came up here to talk to me, but I didn't have the energy to talk.
Cookie told me Michael is taking it hard as well and that he left out the waiting room.
I'm not even mad at him for not being here. I don't even want to face him.
Honestly, I blame myself for my child's death. My lifestlye was the reason my baby isn't breathing.
Even the thought of them removing my baby from body haunts me. I won't hear him or her cry into this world.
I continued to think as I heard the door open. I didn't bother to turn my body to see who it was.
I heard the door close and foot steps being made to my bed. The steps stopped in front of my bed.
Silence was all I heard for about 10 minutes before the person spoke
"Janae."
His voice was barely above a whisper, but I knew who he was.
