Welcome to the dystopian world. I honestly had no idea where this story was going to end up as so I basically just go along with the plot. This book contains inspiration from many dystopian arts such as Maze Runner, The Giver, Divergent, and etc. I also dedicate this book to my wonderful best friends, whom I based all the characters off of. Thank you for being my inspiration and I love you guys! Anyways, I hope you all enjoy this book and get strapped in. I hope it brings happiness and smiles. :)

It's been about 20 years since the Stench engulfed almost every inch of the United States, actually maybe even the world. However, tiny civilizations were gathered and saved by Zenoc, a government which everyone worships. Well... everyone but us.
The ACES rebellion started not too long ago when our leader, a former employee of Zenoc, uncovered secret government ideals. It's been said that Zenoc planted tags in cities to control the minds of citizens. Those citizens aren't live human beings... but they aren't dead either. They look like humans and act like humans but they have no emotions. They can't feel remorse, true happiness, or genuine laughter. Every aspect of their life is controlled by a government that only does things that benefit themselves.
There's only a tiny number that wasn't affected by the tags, aka Micros. And that's us, the ACES.
