"She eats a lot!" he spat looking at the doctor.

"He fights with me a lot!" she spat looking at the doctor too.

"I think more than a doctor nutritionist you two need to go to couples therapy" the doctor replied.

"Couples therapy?" the both asked in unison with confused expressions.

"Yes! because you two fight a lot!" he said irritatingly.

"No! I love my girlfriend" Toby clutched Spencer to his chest. "We don't need a shitty couples therapy..We're happy" he kissed her forehead. "I-I don't care if she's fat or slim I just think that she's having an eating disorder and she gets cranky too just because she isn't healthy..I don't want her to be unhealthy"

"Yes we are happy" she hugged him closer. "He just tells me that I eat too much junk food and then I lose my mind..actually he's right I'm eating too much unhealthy food nowadays" she smiled up to him.

"Yeah and she even threw up twice and I'm worried" Toby added.

"Oh okay" he sighed and took out his pen and began to write down the prescription while Spencer and Toby visibly cuddled in front of him.

"I'm giving you a diet chart and you have to follow it for like a week and two then visit me again" he said handing her the paper.

"Okay thanks doctor" they said and turned around when Toby's phone ringed.

"Ms. Hastings!" He called out while Toby went outside to attend the call.

"Yes!" she said.

"Have you taken any pregnancy tests?" he asked.

"Uh n-no! Why?" she asked in confusion.

"Because the symptoms are partly indicating a pregnancy..I think you should take some" he smiled looking at her face.

"Yeah I-I didn't thought about it" she confessed. "Thanks..I will now"

The thoughts in her mind wrestled with happiness on the possible fact that she can be pregnant but she decided not to tell Toby till its confirmed. She happily squealed and saw Toby standing in the hallway attending the phone call with happy expressions. His lips moved swiftly while he chattered and his face lit up even more when he saw her standing there. Suddenly his call ended and he turned to Spencer and picked her up, spinning her around in joy as she giggled. 

"What happened?" she asked watching his beautiful face lit up with joy.

"I just got a promotion and they're increasing my pay" he spat looking at her face and they both giggled without even noticing that the patients stared at them with confused expressions in the hallway while they were sharing their little moment.

They went home and Spencer took some pregnancy tests from the store the next day without Toby noticing it and she went to Emily's. 

She told Emily about the possible good news. They called the girls for a meetup and then she took the tests. Five out of six came positive and they all jumped around and celebrated in happiness with the other girls. She decided that she'll tell Toby tonight. She couldn't wait to see his expressions when she'll tell him. She jumped in excitement while the girls calmed her down and brought her back to earth.

That evening Toby called her and told her to come home quick. She rushed home because he sounded worried on the phone. She pulled up in the garage and found the lights off, she got even more worried and barged inside.

She saw darkness everywhere. Horrid thoughts went through her mind. What could've happened? Is it A again? Will he hurt Toby? Or my baby? Is is Alex again? Trying to steal Toby from me?

She went further and saw a dim crimson light filling their bedroom. She went in and saw Toby standing there in a tux. She was confused at first but then she smiled looking at her handsome boyfriend. There were flowers everywhere and red heart shaped balloons hanging from the ceiling.

He came closer to her, nervous as hell, staring at her face, smiling.

"I-I don't want to waste any t-time" he stuttered biting his lip. "I want to ask you something" she smiled.

"I-I want to tell you something t-too" she was nervous too.

"L-lets say it at the same time" he said. "I-I pr-prepared a whole speech but I do-I don't think I'll be able to say it without passing out" they both laughed.

"Okay then..3..2" There hearts were pounding like drums. "1"

"I'm Pregnant!" "Will you marry me?" They both spat at the same time. 

"Yes!" she screamed without even thinking.

Both of them were overjoyed, squealing in happiness as he lifted her again and spun her around. 

That was surely the best day of their life.
