One week later

Rasheka's pov 

I'm here laying on my bed and playing some games tryna get my mind off that cheating bastard Tamoi. At least I have someone else in my life that will make me stop thinking about Tamoi. Tavonie is my boyfriend now, I finally told him I liked him and ask him to be my boyfriend which seems a little weird to me but he said yes anyways. Its been a week now since I've been with Tavonie and I'm getting to love him but in my mind I think all guys are the same and I won't just give up my heart so easily. This game is getting a bit boring so I shut down my laptop and decided to text Tavonie. "Hey sweet lips", I text. But I realize he was offline for awhile now. The moment I put down the phone on my bed and was about to get up I heard a message come in, (yaaaaay Tavonie is finally online) I said to myself. But when I went on WhatsApp it wasn't Tavonie who texted, it was that bastard Tamoi. "How could you leave me for that?", Tamoi. "The person you're calling "that" has a name and his name is Tavonie. He treats me better than you did and he's the best. Plus guess what I think he looks more handsome than you are", I said back at him. The moment I answered to Tamoi's text I saw a text come in from Tavonie. "Hey beautiful", my handsome boyfriend said. "Yaaaaay!!! you're finally here, I've been waiting for awhile now. I miss you soooo much", I said. "I miss you too pumpkin. Sorry for making you wait so long", he said with a sad emoji. "Its okay at least you're here now", I said. After talking to Tavonie I heard the front door pull. "Rasheka!!!", Selena (my mom) said. "Yaaaaay mom you're home",I ran and hugged my mom. "Mom I have something to tell you which I should of told you a week ago", I said while taking a step back. "What is it honey?", she said. "Tamoi cheated on me with Khadonie I caught them together in bed having sex", I said. "I knew that boy was player it was clear in his eyes. Anyways I'm sorry baby you'll find someone that will love you for who you are", mom said giving me a hug. "That's where I was getting to. Remember that cute boy Tavonie?", "Yes, what about him?", said mom. "He's now my boyfriend, you have a new son-in-law and this one is super duper cute", I said smiling like a clown. "Congrats hun just protect your heart this time because I don't want my baby getting hurt again", mom said. "I will mom thanks for the advice". After talking to my mom I went to my room and told Tavonie goodnight then brushed my teeth and went straight to bed.

The next day
So today I woke up actually feeling relieved from the Tamoi incident. I got up and did my daily routine. After I was all done I went down stairs straight to the kitchen and saw a note on the fridge saying Note: Good morning Darling your breakfast is in the microwave I have work but I'll be home late about 9 tonight love you. With that I warm up my breakfast, ate, clean up my dishes and went to my room to check WhatsApp there were 300 messages from my group, 5 from Tavonie, 1 from Tamoi, 1 from keywong, 2 from Tasheka. I archive the group then replied to Tavonie first then the rest and as usual Tamoi was begging me back and as usual I told him to f-off. Just then I saw that Tavonie is video calling me I went for my head phone and plug it in. I answered just to be greeted with my handsome boyfriend's face with a big smile from eye to eye. "Hey Mrs. Carter", he said speaking first. " Hey Mr. Carter", I said with a now visible smile showing my 32.

We were on video call for 1hr and 30mins exactly. Most of the call we just stared at each other and smile or blush which is what makes my cheeks aching now. I told him I'll text him and hung up because Tavonie may be sweet but his love can't full my belly.

One Month Later
So today is Monday September 5. I woke up 5:30am, did morning routine then got dress in my pink tank top, my blue skinny short jeans which stop below my knee and my pink Air Nike she I was all done I spray on some perfume the got my bag and car keys. While walking downstairs I saw mom leaving, it was 6:10am. I ate my breakfast, clean my dish and went out making sure to lock the house door properly. I went to pick up Tavonie since he doesn't have a car. We arrive at 6:45am when I park in the junior parking lot Tavonie and I make out for approximately 5mins and 6:50am Tavonie and I got out I made sure to lock the car doors (don't want no one hot wiring my car). After that we went straight to the principal office to collect our schedule, it turns out we have all classes together!!! great right. While on our way to our lockers Tasheka rush to us in a hurry with a big smile. "Wassup with you", I laughed. "Girlll didn't you hear", she semi yell. "Hear what?", I said still confuse. "Tamoi got the bitch Khadonie pregnant and dumped her ass she's one month and a week the whole school talking about it", she said smirking. "Girlll you lying tell me you're lying", I said with the same reaction. "I wish I was hun but I'm not", she laughed. Trust me if that was some other girl I'd feel bad for her but knowing its the fake friend I had who stabbed me in the back and went taking my man, I could care less.

With that we walk to our lockers turns out Tavonie and I lockers are next to each other and Tasheka and us have all classes together!! am I lucky or what.
