Why?~Leo(VIXX) x Reader

You wake up to the sun shining through the window. You groan as you slowly open your eyes and rub them to hopefully wake up more. It doesn't work so you squint as you get out of bed and walk towards the kitchen so you can get some coffee. You bump into a wall at least three times before you reach the kitchen. Once you finally reach the kitchen you get to work on making a pot of coffee. You notice that your boyfriend isn't awake which is normal so you head back to the bedroom to wake him up. 

"Leo it's time to get up." You say as you walk through the doorway. 

You look up from the ground to find the bed empty. You furrow your eyebrows and try to think where he could be. He never said that he had any plans this early in the morning but you know that things can change quickly with him. You walk over to your nightstand and grab your phone before dialing his number. As you wait for him to pick up you walk back out into the kitchen. Once you reach the kitchen you take your phone away from your ear and look at it confused. The call went straight to voicemail which is weird since he usually picks up when you call. You shrug it off and proceed to get yourself a cup of coffee. 

Once you've had coffee and eaten breakfast you walk back into the bedroom and finish getting ready for the day. You quickly take a shower and get dressed before grabbing your keys and leave the apartment. You hope that Leo will pick up your call so you can find a place to have lunch with him. The call once again went to voicemail as you reached the outside. You try again hoping he just missed your call only to have that go to voicemail almost immediately. 

"That's weird." You say to yourself as you walk towards where you know he'll be. 

Once you reach the building you walk in and go straight to the front desk. The lady smiles at you and asks how she can help you.

"I need to talk to Leo of VIXX." You say as you smile back.

"Let me just let him know you can go and sit down if you'd like." She says as she smiles again. 

You smile back and walk over to the small seating area. You take a seat and look at your phone hoping to see a text from Leo but the screen is blank. You hear someone walking up to you so you look up from your phone to see Leo. You smile at him as you stand up and walk closer to him.

"What are you doing here?" He asks with a slight frown on his face.

"I was hoping we could have lunch together." You say as your smile falls.

"Why would we do that?" 

"Because were dating and I haven't seen you at all this morning." You say as you frown at him.

"We aren't dating." 

"Yes we are."

"No we aren't. I thought I told you this yesterday, we're through. I don't want to see you anymore so stop showing up at my work." He says as he turns around and starts to walk away. 

You stand there shocked as you try to remember yesterday. The memory of the event comes back to you suddenly and you try to hold back tears. You then remember one thing he never told you yesterday.

"At least tell me one thing." You say as he turns around to look at you.

"What would that be?"

"Why?"

"Why what?"

"Why would you break up with me? I thought we were happy."

"I just didn't feel a connection between us anymore. I couldn't go on lying to you about how I felt. I needed to be honest with you before I hurt you more with something I would have done." He says as he turns around and walks away.

You walk out of the building and let some of the tears you were holding flow. Once you make it back home you get changed into your pajamas before crawling into bed and spending the rest of the day crying and sleeping.

I hope you guys enjoy this story! I'm sorry for the lack of updates I was house sitting for someone and had to drive almost 4 hours just to get the house and was tired the entire time I was there.
