We ate 7 courses of lavish meats and vegetables, then for deserts fruits. I sat to the Queen's right. A spot only her favorite can sit at. I was her favorite, for tonight at least.
I sat back and laughed at the queens jokes, but never really starting a conversation with anyone. Everyone at court may love my dresses, but they consider me to insane for public display.
But everything is fun and games until the darkness spins around me and I can't see anything.
I started screaming. The darkness started laughing at me. All I could do was to scream louder. It started strangling me! I screamed and screamed. I jumped up, I had to get away from it.
Then an outside hand came out to hold me back. Then the hand came up to my neck, brushing the darkness away from my neck. Then I saw the Queen, she stood in front of me, her eyes showing no emotion.
"Thank you." I said. She would have become angry if I had of hugged her. We came back to our seats, she ordered music to be played and the eyes that watched us to turn away.
