"Yo What?!"Chris slightly yelled

I rolled my eyes and focused my attention back on Nyla.

"Our father...as in my-my birth father?"Nyla asked.I nodded

"What did he say to you?"Chris asked coming closer to me

"Why do you care?"I asked

"NINA WHAT THE FUCK DID HE SAY TO YOU?"He yelled at me causing both me and Nyla to look at him crazy

"Who are you yelling at?"I snapped

"I'm sorry...it's just...please tell me what he said"He sighed and I turned my attention back on Nyla

"I was walking and I heard someone call me 'Sunshine' and I knew it was him cause he always use to call me that when I was little"I said

"Okay What did y'all talk about?"Chris asked trying to get my attention

"Nothing really,I walked away before we could have a full conversation"I shrugged

"Nina baby,From now on I don't want you going anywhere by yourself okay?"

"Why?"I strunched up my face at him

"Just please promise me you won't go nowhere without me"

"I'm grown as hell I can go places by myself if I want to....Why don't you want me to go anywhere by myself anyway? You think my Dad would hurt me?!"

"I don't know!Probably but I'm not about to risk anything happening to you"He mumbled looking down

I hesitantly looked at him and saw he emotion on his face.

I saw Lucas hop up from the couch and follow Nina upstairs.I turned my head to see Chris looking at me with apologetic eyes.

I huffed before walking into the kitchen to pour me a shot.I don't drink but today has been to stressful.

"What are you trying to do...drink your problems away?"He slamming vodka bottle on the counter

"No,I'm just really stressed right now"I said trying to avoid eye contact with

Me and Chris was now in the living room.He was trying to explain to me how he thinks Sevyn is setting him up and the more he explained the more sense it made.I really think Sevyn is trying to just ruined our relationship.anybody can make a fake Discharge Paper,and you can't even tell if she's pregnant or not cause she's not even showing.
