Disclaimer: I do not own anything concerning Harry Potter or Naruto, those belong to the fabulous J.K. Rowling and Kishimoto.

(Side note: I found out that you can add music from YouTube for people to listen to while reading!!! So I decided to download my favorite soundtrack, filled with all of my favorite Naruto music.)

Enjoy...

...........................................................

Sunlight poored into the Hospital Wing, the morning light reflecting off of potion bottles and metal bed frames. Kakashi's eyes stung as he looked around the bright colorful room. Harry was still fast asleep in the bed beside him, stuck in what seemed to be an uneasy dream. Harry turned over and his breath was fast and heavy, the nightmare increasing in volumes as time passed. Before Kakashi had the chance to do anything helpful, Harry shot straight up, sweat beading down his pale white face. Kakashi wouldn't bother asking what the dream was about, knowing full well that it was about Cedric's death.

The two teens sat in silence, each not knowing what to say to the other. Kakashi felt that it would be good for Harry to start the conversation, hoping that it would help him overcome some of the trauma that he had endured. Whereas Harry was hoping Kakashi would start off the conversation, not feeling comfortable enough to break the silence. Inevitably resulting in a very awkward situation. Luckily for both of them Madame Pomfrey entered the wing from her office, checking up on her two patients.

"Good morning Mr. Porter, Mr. Hatake." She said kindly, nodding towards both boys. She didn't say anything else as she checked their temperatures, pulse and blood pressure, unsure of how to converse with them after the death of one of their classmates.

"Right, well everything seems to be in order Potter, except I just need to change the bandages over your arm. As for you Mr. Hatake, your blood pressure is low and I need to do a full examination on your chest and right sholdur." She said professionally, not letting her emotions show through her voice. Madame Pomfrey; although the schools nurse, never liked seeing her students injured and heartbroken. She knew that Harry and Cedric were close, considering that the older teen had come to visit Harry after his battle with the Hungarian Horntail. She also knew that he had gotten no sleep that night, she would be sure to give him a dreamless sleeping potion tonight. It didn't seem necessary to give one to Kakashi, he seemed to be coping with the loss rather well. Although he would still need to stay in the Hospital for a while longer under observation, due to the probable damage done by the Cruciatus Curse. The only response she received from them was a short nod, neither in the mood to talk.

Kakashi watched as she changed the bandage around Harry's forearm, the deep cut looking much better than before. Harry seemed to be in a sort of trance, he couldn't focus on any one thing and seemed to be having a hard time with understanding Madame Pomfrey's questions. Cedric's death must have caused more psychological trauma than he had previously thought.

"Mr. Potter do you understand me?" She said a second time, hoping that Harry had heard her that time. Once she was sure that he was listening, she continued. "You have my permission to leave the Hospital Wing whenever you are ready, I suggest that you go get something to eat and get some rest in your own bed. I shall give you a potion to help you sleep tonight."

"When is Kakashi able to leave the Hospital?" Harry asked to Kakashi's suprise.

"Not for a while I'm afraid. He has four cracked ribs, a dislocated sholdur and maybe some mental damage from the torture curse. He also has severe burns around his right wrist." She listed off. Harry's heart sunk as he listened to her, he couldn't go back to the Common Room without Kakashi. One: it didn't feel right to leave Kakashi in a place where he absolutely hated. Two: he couldn't bare seeing the other students faces without Kakashi being there to support him.
