"Mom can I got to a public school?" I asked my mom. "And what's wrong with the home schooling?" She asked. "nothing, I just want to experience the really high school experience. and I want some friends." I said.
"And the mailman doesn't count as a friend mom." I say. Yes, yes I'm friends with our mailman. Shame isn't it? She looked at me. I did my puppy dog eyes. "Go ask your father, Ivy." she sighed.
I nod. I run to my dads study. I knock on his door. "come in, Ivy." I smile. "daddy, can I please go to a public school? Pretty, pretty, please!" I begged.
He looked like he was having a conversation with him self.
"how bout you let me and your mother speak about this school thing tonight, alright." He smiled. I sighed. when they talk about this kinda stuff. it's usually a big fat no.
"okay, ....... dad,......... you can't keep my locked up for ever you know. I'll have to leave at some point." I said. I left his study and went to my room.
I'm always stuck in this damn for saken house. I can't remember the last time I saw a person around my age.
I went in to my room and my dogs came and rubbed against me. "Max am I a bad kid? I mean I don't go in the trash like you guys do. Mia goes in the toilet. I on the other hand do as told." I said.
"Great, just great. I'm talking to dogs that hive no clue what I'm talking about." I whispered to my self.
I just want a normal year.

"Honey, Ivy wants to go to a real school. Like a public school." My mom said. I sat on our wooden stair case. Listening to their conversation. "I know, but what really got my attention was, she said 'you can't keep me locked up for ever you know. I'll have to leave at some point.' I don't know how to take that." My dad said.
If I knew that was gonna hurt him I wouldn't have said it. "honey, maybe it's time we let her go on her own." my mom said.
"No, do you know who is still looking for me! I won't let her leave this damn house! If she wants to go she'll have to run from this house, and not get caught by our guards!" my dad yelled at my mom.
Someone's looking for my dad? Who?
"Honey, calm down she might hear us. Maybe if you hadn't made that damn deal with that damn gan-" my mom caught off. I had enough of listening to their conversation. Either they let me go to a school. Or I'm gonna leave and find this person.
"Hey Ivy, what would you li-" she was cut off from dad. "Ivy you can't go to a public school......" he said.
I was about to say something.
"but you can go to a private school." he breathed out. my eyes widen. "Really?!" I jumped up and down. He shook his head yes. I squeal, and run up and hug him.
"Yay!" I said. And ran to my room.
I can't believe it!

2 weeks later.
My alarm goes off and I shut it off. I stretch my arms and go to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and take a shower. I start singing I'm a mess.
