Y/N's POV~
Why do I feel this way? Felix is just a friend...he's just a friend. I walked through the gates of school, Felix wasn't too far ahead so I ran towards him. Suddenly Ally ran past me and linked her arms with Felix, an abrupt feeling of sadness filled me.
I watched him uncomfortably try to unlink his arm. The whole entire day of school was painful. School was crap and worst of all, Ally kept clinging to Felix.
"Hey, let's go get lunch Y/n." I looked up to see Felix.
Before I could answer, Ally interrupted, "Is it okay if I come?"
I rolled my eyes, "You know what? Why don't you just have lunch with her." I snapped.
I felt frustrated. Why did she have to come to our school? I had zoned out and bumped into someone.
"I'm so sorry. I wasn't watching where I was going." I apologised still looking at the ground.
"It's okay, but you okay Y/n?"
Chan? I recognised his voice.
"I haven't talked to you since I stopped tutoring you. Let's talk." He smiled.
I told him about Ally and how I felt frustrated. I told him that I only saw Felix as a friend, but I kept feeling irritated.
"Maybe you're jealous," he suggested. "You're jealous that a girl is interested in Felix. Is Felix just a 'friend' or do you see him differently?"
The bell went, and Chan left. I thought about Chan's question. Felix was heading in my direction. I quickly avoided him, leaving him startled.
That night Felix texted me.
Felix: Hey
Felix: What's wrong?
Felix: Why are you avoiding me?
Felix: Did I do something? Is it Ally?
Y/N: I'm not avoiding you....
Y/N: Can I ask a question?
Felix: Of course ;)
Y/N: Does Ally like you???
Felix: Why? You jeAlOuS????
Y/N: NO
Y/N: I'm curious that's all ^-^
Felix: She probs is... but Idc cuz I like you remember ;)
Y/N: Ok, gtg. See yah
I turned off my phone feeling slightly relieved.
The next day during lunch I overheard Ally and Felix. They were inside the library amongst the bookshelves.
"Felix, I like you. I don't care if you like that Y/n person. I'm better looking than her-" Ally got cut off.
"I'm sorry but, I don't like you. Y/n is way better than you, she doesn't talk crap, she's cute, her eyes are amazing. Her voice when she sings... she may be a bit dumb but she's smart with her words. If you're gonna talk crap about Y/n, we can't be together." He shrugged and left her hanging.
Felix walked out from the aisle. I hid myself, so he wouldn't see me eavesdropping. My heart was pounding. My cheeks flushed a shade of pink. Does he really like me that much? I couldn't stop smiling. That night, I kept thinking of Felix's words.
I like Felix. I like him. He's been there when I was sad and frustrated. I just didn't want to admit it.
My phone buzzed. Felix sent a message, I quickly opened it.
Felix: You free this weekend?
Y/N: No, I'm $50.
Felix: -_-
Y/N: Jk, yeah why?
Felix: Wanna watch a movie?
Y/N: Sure, but I gotta ask my parents ^-^
Felix: Coolio
Y/N: They said it was fine.
Felix: YES! I'll send you the place and time. See yah there!
It was then, I was going to tell him.
I was going to tell him, I like him.
